Gave me an estimate of 375 to move a basement apartment (1 room), which was rational so I booked them. They charged me 850 in the end. Banged up my apartment (took 500 off my security deposit) plus, didn't have the address to my first house right, nor the address to the house I was moving too. Got lost. (Time I'm paying for) The movers were incredibly nice, not too careful, but super pleasant to be around. I DO NOT recommend All My Sons Moving & Storage: Did not provide a contract before loading the truck and the changed the original terms discussed. Took in excess of 8hrs to complete the job. Took approximately 45 minutes to drive from Cumberland to North Providence. Did damage to house and property. Driver attempted to deny doing the damage. Charged exorbitant fees and refused to unload the truck at the destination until the amount was paid. We tried very hard to reach an amicable resolution but was unsuccessful. ... read more
BE MORE CAREFULL MOVING THE CUSTOMER ITEMS SO THEY DONT FET DAMAGE LIKE ONE IF MY ITEMS DID AND THEY TOOK OFF AND DIDNT SAY NOTHING
Not totally screw customers.
I have nothing against this company as the guy I spoke with was very nice and professional on the phone. But the 3 guys that came were not professional. 2 of the guys were talking in Spanish in which I have no problem with but in my opinion is unprofessional. They seemed to be mad when I didn't have 20 to 30 boxes like I thought I did. worst service ever to much money always late driver don't have a license
Damaged property during the move. Was told by movers that the company would pay to fix/replace damaged property. Cost of damage was 1,700 they offered me 180. I asked for a manager they gave me Doug Hillman who I have called 3 times and have yet to get a returned phone call. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!
The service is terrible. The window was noon to 4. No call to narrow it down as promised. It’s now 6 and we’re waiting for a call to say they are half an hour away.
