These people are scammers and should not be in business. I had them booked weeks in advance for a move on the 29th. The day of the move they completely failed to show up. I waited all day with Mike telling me they would get there eventually and to just wait, but then finally when I called at 8 PM they said they couldn’t come until the following morning. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I was told move would be happening in the afternoon. After a call to the office, they tell me the movers will show up at 1:30 and that they are finishing up the morning move now. Movers show up at 3:15 during a passing shower and tell me they won't move me in the rain, but they will move me first thing in the morning tomorrow. very incompetent. they do not understand the word "move everything." another busy you have to micromanage to teach them how to move furniture.
This is a horrible company! The good reviews must all be fake. They said they were going to show up at noon and never showed! The man who answered the phone was unapologetic and rude! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I had a horrible move. 24 hours late to start. job was much more than I expected,. they took the hardware for my trundle bed when they took apart to move it. I STILL don't have it. I have called Joe multiple times and seems he will not return my calls. the bed is of no use without hardware. Damages to other furniture as well. I was to receive a $250 credit for being late. horrible management . rude and abrupt to me. I have called Dan to please get some one out to fix my headboard. They put it on backwards. I keep getting rude excuses. look I just lost my husband. I don't need this . l am still waiting for them to fix it never again. don't use them.
company hires horrible drivers that literally run people off the road. at about 5:40am on 5-4-2020 i was traveling east on rt 6 in scituate ri doing 62mph in a 55mph zone. when going through the weigh station truck number 9115 came flying up behind me and came extremely close to rearendesng me. luckily i was able to move into the breakdown lane at the last second before impact as your truck persisted to swerve into the wrong side of the road and continue driving atleast doing 70mph. i would recommend a company that hires d... read more
Gave me an estimate of 375 to move a basement apartment (1 room), which was rational so I booked them. They charged me 850 in the end. Banged up my apartment (took 500 off my security deposit) plus, didn't have the address to my first house right, nor the address to the house I was moving too. Got lost. (Time I'm paying for) The movers were incredibly nice, not too careful, but super pleasant to be around. I DO NOT recommend All My Sons Moving & Storage: Did not provide a contract before loading the truck and the changed the original terms discussed. Took in excess of 8hrs to complete the job. Took approximately 45 minutes to drive from Cumberland to North Providence. Did damage to house and property. Driver attempted to deny doing the damage. Charged exorbitant fees and refused to unload the truck at the destination until the amount was paid. We tried very hard to reach an amicable resolution but was unsuccessful. ... read more
