DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I hired their moving service to occur on June,12th. They sent me an email with the details informing that would be $159 per hour and would have to pay for the prior 30 min and 30 min after, once completed + 14% for Fuel. I was calculating 5 hours max to move some furnitures, nothing complex. They sent 3 unprepared guys which arrived at 8:15am and started the service around 9 because they didn't have tools!!! Horrible company. They were suppose to be at my house Sept 12th between 8-9am. Called me at 8:05am to tell me they were short staffed and had to cancel. I asked if they could move me later that day or the next day and was told there schedule was full. Offered no solutions or resolutions. Very unprofessional. Do not book with them!

Would not recommend this company. We were quoted around $800 for a truck and 3 men and the final bill was $1700. They were unable to get 2 pieces of exercise equipment up from the basement, and in the process of storing our belongings my husband ended up helping move the boxes to speed the process.

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS! I moved at the end of July 2020. AMS quoted me around $540 for 3 movers and a truck to move a 2BR apartment to a 3BR apartment 10 mins away. My final bill was over $900!! They also BROKE my 55" TV. Their insurance will only pay out $150 (it was a $100 but I called to complain). They stick an iPad FULL paperwork in front of you to sign...WHILE THE MOVERS ARE ON THE CLOCK...and apparently "missed" the additional insurance coverage while trying to direct 2 other movers as to what gets put on the t... read more

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this company!! They were uncaring, unprofessional, and DESTROYED the house and furniture! Corporate has been no help, said to file a claim that they’re “a corporation” and don’t have time to take care of these complaints! I have MANY more photos, but it won’t let me add them!

These guys are idiots, the managment that is. NEVER showed up! I was scheduled for both Sat and Sunday and now they are telling me they can't even get anyone out until Wed. I paid a $100 deposit. FOR WHAT!? These morons never took responsibility offered any apology, and have royally ruined my chances of a easy care free move. If I don't find another option before Wed. I would never go with them again. We just had them move a 2 bedroom apartment. It took 3 hours to load. A part of that 3 hours we had to help load the truck. One guy was moving slow as hell and moving in flip-flops cuz he left his shoes on the bus. They didn't take everything out because it was just costing too much money. We just had them take all the big stuff. Then when we got to the house and had to help unload. They only wanted to give 50 off. Never go with them.

Horrible Horrible service! they just cancelled on my daughter for a move that was scheduled for this morning. They changed their date from Friday to today to accommodate the moving company since Sunday was a better day for their guys than Friday, and now it is Sunday and they call and say they do not have a driver for the truck so have to cancel.
