Terrible experience they showed up and said they couldn’t move me because all my stuff was not in boxes and that it wasn’t a clear path which was not true and refused to give me my deposit
Never EVER hire this company!!!!!!! They have bad reviews with their moving anyway and multiple people told me they go slow on purpose. But I hired them anyway. They will take your money and then the day of moving they won’t show up!!!! I paid my deposit and I spoke to three different people to confirm and the day of my move no one ever showed up. Super disappointed in what I got for my money with this company. A sloth could of done it faster and all my things would be at my new house now. They should not be charging people by the hour when they are working for tips and still can’t get the lead out and move faster. Plus they over charged me for drive time. Completely crooked. I wouldn’t recommend them to even my worst enemy. Plus it seems that some of my things got stollen or they just left it behind with the rest. Good thing my storage facility has cameras.
We were quoted for an 8am-9:30 moving time. When no one showed my fiancé called the company to ask what was going on. They said that our crew was a no show, which is most likely a bs reason. They told us they’d call another crew to try and get them to come get our stuff once they were done and that we would receive a callback in an hour. They took my money and booked my move. The woman I booked with looked up the zip codes and said we can move you. Then a few days before I move they tell me they can’t move me. I have no options this close to my move I can’t even find a rental truck. Don’t trust this company
Watch out for the hidden charges when dealing with this company, be prepared to pay double of what you are expecting. Was quoted $199 per hour for 3 movers & truck over the phone. Job took 2.5 hours to complete got a $925 bill not to include the $100 deposit. Even the movers thought that bill was high for what they had to move & they said that they get complaints all the time for the bill being so high. Absolutely took advantage of my poor mother who is in a wheelchair. Quoted $1500-$2000 got the bill $4300 no warning at all. They didn't even warn her or she would of sent them away. They also trashed the house glass and drinks were everywhere. Her ceramic bird was broken in the bathtub for goodness sakes. No box labeling so didn't know where anything is and they just dumped it. I had an appointment scheduled between 12-2 and they called me at 8am and said they would be there in 30 minutes. I told them that I didn’t even have the new keys yet so he called back at 945 and asked to come start the move, I was just trying to be nice and I said yes even though I was not finished packing. This was the first time they asked me for a cash tip... I wrapped 80% of my furniture myself, they only wrapped my couch and a glass cabinet that they almost broke.
