We used All My Sons for our move that was scheduled on Nov. 11. They did not show for the original date and we had to call multiple times before we were told they would not be coming because they had overbooked. They ended up rescheduling for Sunday, Nov. 13. The movers were friendly and personable, but did not have the required tools to take apart furniture. They also damaged walls and the hardwood floors in the house we were moving out of. As it was our first time using movers we chose All My Son's due to the sales pitch with the promise of tools to take apart beds and also the ability to move anything into the home. This was not the case. Once the movers showed to our home (2 hours late) they spent more time talking about their personal lives then actually moving our furniture, did not have the tools to take apart our beds (one of the main selling points) and looked in and rummaged through our dresser drawers, once the gentleman saw that I was looking at him... read more

We booked All My Sons for our move, May 12th for 12:00. 12:00 came and went and they weren't there. We made several phone calls to find out where they were and all we kept getting told is " We don't know when we will be there. The guys are still at their first job." We called at 1, 2, 3, 4 same answer every time. The buyers of our house even called because they wanted our stuff out and he was told they weren't coming. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER CALLED NEVER SHOWED. CLIFF COOPER SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK AND DIDN'T. WE PAID A DEPOSIT AND SCHEDULED IT WAY IN ADVANCE. YOU GUYS DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR! CALL YOUR DAUGHTERS CUZ ALL MY SONS AIN'T COMING! AT LEAST MY REAL CIRCLE OF FRIENDS SHOWED UP TO MOVE US. I COULD GO ON ALL DAY BUT YOU'VE WASTED ENOUGH OF MY TIME.
