Horrible Horrible service! they just cancelled on my daughter for a move that was scheduled for this morning. They changed their date from Friday to today to accommodate the moving company since Sunday was a better day for their guys than Friday, and now it is Sunday and they call and say they do not have a driver for the truck so have to cancel. The mover Maurice was excellent. Very professional and hardworker.. Mike was someone from PineLawn location. He Flat out lied to me and his driver's we were promised 3 movers and only two showed up. One was brand new so Maurice had to direct and guide the other one the entire time this caused my move to take 5 to 6 hours when it should have been done within 3 to 4 hours. We pay by the hour. Scam company has 63 .. 63 complaints with BBB. Buyer beware. They quoted elderly woman $200 for move but it changed to $600 when they showed. SCAMMERS!

4 man crew, 219 an hour. two working hard, 2 slackers. one slacker calls his boss and sends pictures complaining about the move. crew chief, who was amazing, said he couldn't convince the other two to go back and finish the move. their boss backed them up. the guy who estimated the move assured us our basement would be no problem, but it was. wish I'd read all the terrible reviews BEFORE I booked them

Slick smooth talking company that falls short on execution. They said all the right stuff, but were rushing, unprofessional and sloppy on move day. Broke my brand new 4k TV and now won’t return calls or emails, it’s sad. Stay away!

Treat your paying customers a little better. Don't make offers to pay for damages that you know are insulting!

We have discussed the problem some lady in Dallas, TX was supposed to be helping me in Louisville, Ky. She would not back down with the price. Nor did I. I told her I didn't received this large bill until after the moving. Jessica informs me ooooowell. We will give you $69.00. No mam You owed me $100.00! I guess I keep fighting

Made a stressful moving time a living nightmare !! They were supposed to move us Saturday 7/21 so I called this a.m. after reading some horrific reviews on the BBB. Sure enough was told they couldn’t do an Illinois to Illinois move .... really ? I booked this weeks ago? Was given 2 phone numbers of other moving companies for ME to call MYSELF. Don’t let the family image fool you. These are the worst movers I have ever used. The men were dirty, smoked like chimneys and stole items from me. I moved several months ago and still find things missing. This is also the first time I had something broken beyond repair in a move. If you don’t believe me look up their business on BBB. I wish I had before hiring them.
