If I could give the a zero I would. Booked the move well in advance and received a verification call the night before. 8:10 the morning of the move I am told that they don't have a driver to move me. They did not even care and told me as much. NEVER NEVER NEVER use these guys!

Be warned, if you have ANY issues with the move (regardless of severity), the guys in the Ashley Phosphate office will do nothing for you. They will try to find any loophole and/or wording in the contract to make sure that everything is resolved in their favor. We had a local move in Charleston that was to take two days. The first day was great and the move went faster than anticipated. On the second day, the guys seemed to want to get things over with and left without offering a walk through. I used this company a little over a month ago. I was told that all my items were covered by their insurance in case anything was broken or damaged. They moved me on a Saturday! That Saturday night I plugged up my TV, which was a 60" Sharp Smart TV, and the screen was cracked but from the inside! I immediately texted the sales guy that came out and he said it'll be cover call the office Monday morning and they'll send you the paperwork to file a claim. I filed the claim for my TV along with a nightstand, which was also not ch... read more

Not Worth One Star!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish there was a place for "zero stars"! I have been back and forth with the "big boss" Ken Sayers for over one month now. (42 days to be exact) The movers were very nice but my wood floor in my brand new home was damaged and one board of my flooring needs to be replaced. The movers actually didn't tell me about it and seemingly discarded the damaged wood flooring in hopes that I would not notice. My entire stairwell was also damaged and needed to be painted. NEVER EVER USE "All My Sons Moving" in No Charleston!! They are such a big RIP OFF!!! Con artists!! They had my Grand children loading the truck while the lazy girl stood behind the truck on the phone the entire time!! Once they had done two hours worth of nothing a truck only a 1/3 way full they insisted on going to the new place. On the way I get a phone call from Wade their Mgr telling me I MUST PAY 1st or they will ring my stuff back to the warehouse and then be charged $200 a day Storage! They did the worst ... read more
