My experience with All My Sons was positive in the beginning. After the job is done the invoice shows a completely different story... The final charge at the end was much more than I was expecting and quoted. I moved out of a 1 bedroom/1 bath, 786 sq foot apartment. I was expecting a crew of 3, but 4 showed up. Absolutely the worst experience ever! Charged over $1,000 to move three miles. Beat up a new paint job on a house we'd just bought that was completely repainted. The guy who painted it was contacted and gave a $350 dollar estimate to fix their screw ups. Tore up our farm house dining room table which was new, a new leather couch, broke a glass cake plate, had stuff piled on boxes clearly marked fragile and glass, scratched a hardwood floor up. RecommendedJoe was amazing and so helpful with our complicated move. We had a few things on our end cause an issue with the schedule. When I explained our problem, Joe helped resolve the issue and get us the help we needed. Trey and his partner did a fantastic job at the moving site. Move what's supposed to be moved with some care.
We have moved by ourselves so many times over the past few years that we decided we should spend the extra money to hire movers for a less stressful experience. WE WERE WRONG! We were assured we would have professional movers and our trailer was packed as if they had complete disregard for our belongings. The 3 men that were moving us did a so-so job. When I scheduled them I made sure to state I wanted all furniture put together. These men got in a yelling fight with each other in the middle of loading our stuff from storage. They arrived at the destination 30 minutes after us even though we both left at the same time. They left furniture wrapped up leaning against a wall, they did not put the bed or couches together and they took a huge chunk out of my wall. They did not bring a big enough truck to move everything and the price we were told was, in the end, $1,000.00 more. Be careful of their hidden fees and get a solid 100% price guarantee before you do business with this Company. We still have to hire another moving company to move the rest of our things. Really???????? THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!! Totally A Con!
I had the WORST experience with this company on Saturday, June 20, 2020. I know I had the simplest move of the day, but turned into a NIGHTMARE. I was moving from one apartment to another apartment (in the same complex across the parking lot). The movers got to me at 12:30 p.m. and scheduled to be finish by 2:45 pm. We'll lets just say they didn't leave until 4:00 pm BUT THEY DIDNT FINISH MOVING ALL MY STUFF.
