This was the worst move I've ever experienced. The movers promised quality work but what we got was some guys who could pick up heavy things and not professional movers. To start, the estimated time should have been 4-5 hours. Instead the movers dragged the time out to 13 hours. Think this was on purpose for a company that charges by the hour?? What kind of a Dog-and-Pony show is this? I sent an online request for a move from Surfside Beach, SC to Goose Creek, SC. I wanted to make the move quickly, so time was of the essence. I received an automated call, stating I would hear back from a representative. That call did not come. I called the number on the website and requested an estimate in person.
