Worst moving company EVER. We made our reservation at least three to four weeks prior to our move. To make make a VERY long story short our move time got pushed back after many phone calls, and then they canceled on us at 3:00 in the afternoon because the job before us was taking longer than expected?! WHAT?! I have a toddler. We had nothing to sleep on in our new home and the electricity had been turned off in our old home. The Worst Moving Company In Charleston. The Drivers are very unsafe and drive erratically almost causing a serious accident. The Entire staff Are some of the rudest most ignorant people i have ever some across. SO unprofessional. The Movers sworn at me, and were so terrible at doing there job, actually didn't really even do there job. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. To start with I got a number of calls from them because they had forgotten to take down some pieces of information in a previous call. (It should of been my warning if they couldn't even manage a phone call.) This was the worst move I've ever experienced. The movers promised quality work but what we got was some guys who could pick up heavy things and not professional movers. To start, the estimated time should have been 4-5 hours. Instead the movers dragged the time out to 13 hours. Think this was on purpose for a company that charges by the hour?? What kind of a Dog-and-Pony show is this? I sent an online request for a move from Surfside Beach, SC to Goose Creek, SC. I wanted to make the move quickly, so time was of the essence. I received an automated call, stating I would hear back from a representative. That call did not come. I called the number on the website and requested an estimate in person.
