Absolutely atrocious on every level. Hired them to move a safe into a single level house. 1,000lbs. Asked them if they would like pictures of the yard layout or to come out and take a look, and they declined. Charged me to rent a uhaul; quadrupling the price of just renting it myself. After loading at the store, I was asked by the crew how I thought it should be done. If I could choose 0 stars, I would. We scheduled this move more than a month in advance, and called for confirmation 4 days prior. However, I received a call 30 minutes prior to our scheduled move on Friday and was informed that they would be "unable" to move us due to staffing issues. They offered to reschedule the move for a later date, but we had to be out by noon the next day. They had no advice or back up plan for us to get help. I was extremely disappointed in this complete lack of professionalism.

All My Sons canceled my scheduled move the morning of my move. A move that was booked in advance and confirmed. They called me 20 minutes prior to their expected arrival and said they could not make it due to staffing issues. He told me he had 8 workers out of town. Expecting they would schedule me for the next day. Nope! He indicated he was booked solid for a week and there was nothing he could do. This company is awful. I would not even be writing this review, except Chris/Craig in the office (who I just spoke with today on the phone) was abrupt and could completely care less about my concerns calling in. When calling All My Sons for the first time, we were originally quoted an hourly rate, not a minimum, when scheduling. Do NOT use this company for your move! They ended up taking over a commitment I had with All My Sons Bluffton (don't use them either) because AMS Bluffton did not show up that morning and when I called, they said they were sorry, they could not move me on that day as they were "over-extended" with moves they had not completed from the prior day. Let's start with the quote we were quoted for a certain amount and the end total was almost 500 dollars more than quoted and they looked at everything prior too. They tore my walls up so now I have to get that repaired. All of my furniture (tables, beds, and tv stand)s had screws duct taped to them and there gone and I can't put anything together. We were very unhappy with our experience with All My Sons. We feel that we were victims of "bait & switch", as we were quoted a moving price and when it was over the total bill was 40% higher ... with an extra charge for tape! $60 for tape! The "manager" that I booked with promised me 5-6 wardrobes and only one arrived. Not fun to try and deal with last minute.
