Worst movers ever. They showed up on time but that's where the good news stopped. We had them move our furniture to a storage facility while our house was being built. When the furniture was delivered to our new home everything and I do mean everything had damage. Large gouges and scrapes where they had stacked heavy items on top of furniture that was practically brand new. I almost always read reviews ahead of time, and I have no excuse for why I didn't do so this time. BIG MISTAKE. Several weeks ago, with plenty of advance notice, I called local moving companies for estimates. While I was still comparing my options, Wade from All My Sons left me several voice mails eagerly asking what they could do to earn my business. This was by far the worst movers we have ever dealt with in our 25 years of moving both locally and nationally. We contacted All My Sons to schedule our move for Saturday, June 27th. We had a confirmed move date of 6/27/15 for the hours between 8:00-9:00am with a three man crew. On Friday, June 26th, at 2:30pm I received a voicemail message from All My Sons however I was unable to understand the message as it continued to break up. Terrible experience with All My Sons in Charleston. I got a call the morning of my move that they can't get anyone out to me. Incredibly unprofessional and I had to scramble last minute to find another moving company. Stay away from them - they clearly don't understand the importance of quality customer service.

steer clear!! they aggressively respond to your initial inquiry and impress you with customer service responsiveness. thats where it stops. wish I had researched these guys on Yelp or elsewhere before hiring. shame on me. my experience is similar to other posts here: small move, no packing, short distance from Charleston to Mt P. easy by all accounts. crew drug their feet, stretched the clock, wrapping furniture improperly and unnecessarily. Horrible experience with this moving company. We used them to move out of a one bedroom apartment on the first floor to a house about ten minutes away. We were scheduled for an afternoon window between 1 and 3. They didn't show up until after 7pm. We waited for hours and when they arrived they were exhausted. The company sent an extra guy saying that would help move it faster and to make up for being extremely late. It didn't. The third guy hardly did anything. The guys had been working since 7am. This was the worst experience ever! They never showed! The day of the move they never called to follow up with me, I was the 1 that had to keep calling them. And the guy was so rude to me on the phone. they never came at all and never gave me a heads up that they were not coming. So I was stuck with an apartment full pack boxes. And they were not apologetic. I had call two weeks in advance and set up the appointment.

Don't fall into the trap of them making you feel good and like "family" when you call for a quote. Yeah they are like "family" alright the ones that back stab. Very nice and caring in the beginning. I changed my move date twice with well advanced notice. First time I fell behind on packing because I had the flu (I didn't tell them this, but they didn't need to know). Didn't show up in time. Movers were not motivated, unprofessional, and showed up in a Penske rental truck. More than half my furniture had scuff marks and dirt stains from being placed in the back of truck. My sectional was damaged, end table, dining table, all had gauges. Was charges hidden fees that weren't quoted over phone!! Wouldn't recommend to anybody!!
