This place is UNRELIABLE!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously. Do not use them. Me and my roommate called them and scheduled them for this past Sunday. They called us at 8:30AM the morning of the day they were supposed to come, and said that they had an emergency and couldn't find a driver for us. We understood the emergency, but they took no means to help us or reschedule. They left it at that. They completely ditched us. We weren't helped to find a different option. This company is a rip off. Had all my sons move my furniture today and got a quote previously for what the move would cost. They quoted me $200 for travel and claimed they wouldn't charge above that for fuel or travel then $170 an hour to move my furniture. The quote also said they charge a fee for packing supply which would be roughly $92. I had them move 1 bedroom consisting of a king size bed and dresser, a desk out of my office, 2 couches, a twin size bed, a queen mattress and box spring, and a dining room set. My move was scheduled for June 29, 2018. I was promised 3 "professional" movers and a 26ft truck. The morning of the move, they did show up on time, but there was only 2 young guys. NO PROFESSIONAL MOVERS! I asked about the 3rd mover and they said "it's just us." I called and spoke to Darrin who said there had been a staffing issue and could only send 2 guys. I had booked "All My Sons" to move my mother on Friday, June 29th, 2018. I spoke with "All My Sons" the day before the intended move, and they told me they would arrive around lunchtime, and that they would call an hour before they arrived. By 1:00 PM, I had not heard from them, so I called and was told they were running late, and would arrive around 2:30. Worst movers I ever worked with. Called to schedule an appointment and the person answered the phone in a professional manner and was super friendly and helpful scheduling our move and giving us a quote. After that it was all down hill. The day of the move the movers did not show up on time, so after an hour I called and told the operator they had not showed up. If you want to be harrassed with phone calls from the time you give them your number, go ahead. Otherwise, do not give them your personal information. If you get the pleasure of speaking to a Darren and have a complaint. He will tell you that he does not need advise on running his business. I will never do business with this company or recommend. I do not recommend using All My Sons moving company. We have moved many times due to being military. This was the worst experience. The man who gave us the estimate was very professional. On moving day, the problems started with one of the movers dropped a heavy piece of furniture down the stairwell and it put a hole in the wall when it hit the wall. Here is all you need to know. During my initial discovery call, I was quoted 99 an hour moving one mile, from a first floor apartment to a third floor apartment. I also confirmed a 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm ETA before I agreed to the deposit. The next day, I received a call, after my $100 deposit, that I was scheduled as first of the day, 8:00 am, and that since since I was moving to the third floor, they would be charging $130 an hour because they would need an extra mover. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE! They do not do what they say they will do to protect your furniture, my dining room set with iron chairs and upholstered seats were not even wrapped during the move which I now have punctures in my chair seats, filthy dirty, scraped paint from iron chairs revealing the shiny silver iron, damaged kitchen wood chairs, brand new patio set with damaged chairs.
