I simply inquired on their website to get a moving quote from them, and spoke with Zack (who was very nice and professional) on the phone. I asked Zack to provide me with the numbers I needed so I could calculate them and compare quotes. I made my intentions very clear to him... I was still shopping around and not ready to "be put on their schedule" for my moving day. He provided me with the information I asked for, and after multiple attempts from him to try and schedule my move, I became irritated and quickly ended the ph... read more

Our need to move quickly waa handled by All My Sons jsaving us a huge concern. They were there exactly on time calling 45 mins. in advance. All the guys were great! We did have a sofa that became an issue cause of weight and size, but taken care of.. The only problem I had and will say upset about is COST! I wasn't told of packing materials as add ons, fuel charges, transportation charges, only told the additional stop would be $75.00, that I understood. I would love to leave a review about my experience being able to move with this company. However I can't, they called me one day before my move to tell me they basically double booked and they had no way to move me. The man (normally I'd say GENTLEMAN however he was anything but) Darren was beyond rude. He talked down to me as if he assumed I didn't have a single brain cell. Unprofessional behavior. My property was not handled with care. They tore furniture, broke belongings, complained about the job, and showed no respect. Then wanted additional money's for an incomplete job. If you value your family do NOT let this company near them!!

These guys were terrible. We moved across town, and our house was 80% packed and moved by our "move date". We had never utilized movers before and only needed help with the super-heavy stuff, mainly a piano and very large master bedroom furniture, etc. Maybe 10-12 pieces. This was made clear upon scheduling, and I was assured that 4 movers would be able to handle the move. In fact, I was told that they were "certified piano movers". Whatever that means - they simply placed the piano on a dolley and rolled it into their truck... read more

I would also warn you that the only thing your "local" folks will do for you is schedule your move and take your money. Any problems/damages are handled out of Texas. They have no care or concern for you except to take your money. Our large screen tv was broken, new fabric covered headboard damaged and new sofa scratched along base and they want to give us $180. Local employee told me that he didn't see problem that he didn't even own a tv. They try to say they are local, but again the only thing local they can do is ta... read more

BE WARNED!!!!! I wish I could give a negative star. Awful awful AWFUL! Start to finish. Over priced, untrained, unprofessional and downright rude. Most alarming is we are missing a lot of our things. Heartbreaking. Use any other company!
