Spoke with DAVID who i guess is the manager there to set up the move. I told him that our hill is a pain to get any type of moving truck in, he googled what the hill looked liked , which i was told he should of sent someone else to look at the area to see if it was even possible to get up it. 20 mins later they tore up the drive way and cant move any of our items or the truck up the hill after waiting 3 hours for them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Flat out stole several of our things from our bedroom night stand that were not cheap. 2 pairs of Oakley sunglasses, Nintendo ds, waterproof bible and a Bluetooth speaker are all gone. Claims was a waste of time. Enjoy my $300 payment for my move and my very expensive belongings. Thanks

The movers started off ok. I even boughtvthem breakfast because one of the guys said he only had cereal to eat. I had warned them about a heavy toolbox way ahead of time. When they go to roll it on the lift, they roll to fast and drop the wheels off the lift between the truck end and bottom of lift and spend so much time trying to get the wheels back up. Then I finish unpacking, looking for missing items and they are just gone. I called them the day of the move for some things I noticed were missing and they ask the movers, ... read more

The absolute worst experience. I was quoted $99 per hour for two guys. It took them 2 hours, and they moved my stuff only 2 miles away. I expected to pay around $300. My total was OVER $1200. They don't tell you about the gas charge, which was $38 to go only TWO miles away. Then the packaging supplies was over $500. For just paper and tape around my furniture. I would highly not recommend this as an option. My wife called and tried to get them to move our few pieces of furniture and it comes out to over 1000$ for not even an hour of work. So glad this is how they treat military members and there family.
