If I could make this NEGATIVE STARS I would. But I’m forced to give them one just to write this review about how terrible they were. We scheduled our move date over three months ago and CONFIRMED NUMEROUS times for the date and time. June 26th we waited and waited for the movers to show up. 9am rolls around and no call no movers. *THE MOVERS WERE SAFE AND VERY NICE*** this was a horrible company to work with. not only did they try to charge me almost $600 for 10 mins up the street (moving 2 bedroom apartment), they lied about the price they were initially charge me then tried to hold my things hostage when I refused to pay. when I tried to negotiate the manager hung up on me. make sure you understand before booking them exactly what they're charging you.
worse moving company ever. Note an elderly disabled person hired them. They go a day later and once they r there. They wanted to charge 1000 saying nothing was packed which were lies. most of the stuff was packed and outside ready for them to just load. Then they start complaining and saying inappropriate things in spanish not knowing i understood them. Never will they get recommend.
Poor outcome from military family. Everything was set up fast but with an argument that I wanted 3 personnel and they wanted go send 4. We agreed on 3 and moved forward with the estimated job. On move day, 4 workers showed up and as I expected- there wasn't enough work for 4 people but I sure got to pay every hour for 3 ppl to actively work. Some nice holes got put in the walls in which they had to use my puddy and repair tools for - in fact they brought no tools at all so they used my tools for the entire move. I got court... read more
Quoted me $250 to move a 1 bedroom with everything boxed up.... the final bill was $650 🤔....
BEWARE AVOID AT ALL COSTS They changed the terms of the agreement AFTER the deposit was paid. I requested a refund of the deposit and was told it would be "2 to 5 business days" when it hasn't been refunded, more than a week later, I called again at which point I was YELLED at! VERY VERY unprofessional, worst business in the country, if you don't want to get ripped off and disrespected then STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
