Do they have a negative one star? So over priced. Such a rip off. I'd rather chew glass then to use these over priced sells man again. That's all the time I'm wasting on this horrible, over priced, crappy company. And you are paying for all the stuff that's lost or broken, which is pretty much everything. Thanks for the head ache!

In June of last year, I helped my mother and brother move to a new location within El Paso. We hired All My Sons moving company. Although the movers themselves were friendly and hardworking, the company drastically underestimated how long the job would take (seeming almost to ignore a storage shed we had in the backyard) and because of this, the move ran overtime and we were charged accordingly. Awful experience. I am a military spouse that did this move while my husband is deployed, I truly feel like All My Sons took total advantage of me. The movers showed up 1hr and 45mins late. One of them revealed later on that it was because the guy that was suppose to bring the packing paper got turned away from the gate because he had a warrant! They quoted around $1200 for a 3700 sq foot home. They did not send 4 movers as promised so logically did not finish the work. They charged over $2k because of the time it took. With 3 vs 4 movers...yes, it took longer. I wish we would have read other posts. What Eric B wrote sounds exactly like our experience.

Good...almost. BAIT AND SWITCH! The warm inviting communication is on the surface, period. This company is about making money ONLY. I was told during the estimate visit by Art (owner of AMS), that I would have the truck to myself (MAJOR SELLING POINT). However, the day before the move, Art called to see if I would consent to allowing another mover to be added to my load. I had a incredible experience with this company, and not in the good way. A guy name Frank, the manager with whom I had the displeasure of dealing, told me the movers will be coming to the house at a time, five calls, a lot of apologies and a day later the movers showed up. I will say they moved me quick but the workers damaged my furniture and my mirror then told me they were gonna send someone to repair the damages. Never heard anything from them since fuck all my sons never gonna use those dirt bags again

Was quoted $139 an hour for 4 guys. And told about the 1 hour "trip charge." No problem. What should have been a simple move turned into 4.5 hours plus the additional trip charge. Everything was set up for them, emptied, set in place, all they need to do was take down one bed. They wrapped everything like they were moving the Smithsonian! Which of course takes up hours of charges!! On top of your quote, they will magically add 12% for fuel and also charge you a "materials" fee when they want to settle up the bill. The... read more

My girlfriend set up a move with them, and just found out they charged her more labor hours than it took, and they drove slow between locations in town (to take more "labor time" of course). It was a pretty simple move, and they charged quite a bit more than their initial quote. You are likely to overpay with these folks. Shop around.
