What a horrible crew. 4 hours late to arrive, broke a table, scratched my stainless steel refrigerator and left many things behind. Had no care they were late, took 8 hours for a 4 hour move and charged me for 8 hours of moving. Overcharged, late with broken and damaged items. I am so disappointed as I tried to use local companies and keep the money in El Paso, got that wrong this time. Will never use this company again. I'm recently divorced with 4 children one if them being 5 months old. I had to move as my ex is staying with our home of 15 years. I had to hire movers as there was no way I could carry all the heavy stuff. So I contacted All My Son's. They came out and gave me a quote and I told them I was living on a budget. Had to do a last minute move down the street and couldn't do it by myself as my husband is military and had to be at work so I hired this crew because they were son kind and answered all my questions and were also decently priced. Well since being moved I realized my husband is missing both of his Oakley sunglasses, our water proof bible and our waterproof Bluetooth speaker and a Nintendo ds are all missing. These people were paid about a month in advance to move us. They came eight hours late after their office was called three times. When they finally did show up, they were unprepared for the job and refused it.

They were very polite however they arrived an hour late with not enough movers. It was dark. They said I had not told them about all the things in my apartment so they couldn't do it in the time allotted. They offered to come back three days later which was unacceptable. The driver was very good and got the owner on the line me and go said he would have a crew Sunday morning at 8:00. They were strong lol 30 minutes late. Worst ever. Unprepared, and completely disgusting. Moving my 80 year old mother from one city to another 300 miles away and was supposed to be a FULL move and showed up with 3 wardrobe boxes and a small truck.

While I am thankful for the actual move I have to say I will never recommend this company to anyone. This was supposed to same me the stress of moving myself. I am over stressed and out $800.00!!! They were 45 minutes late and did not call ahead. It took them 51/2 hrs to move a 2 bedroom apartment (850 sq. ft) 2 miles to a new location:(!!! That included packing 1 box! Did not include packing or moving bathroom or kitchen (700 sq.ft??) Left some item behind at apartment!! They charged me for TAPE....?!!! I had to pay before... read more

Horrible experience, I let them go with stuff that got broken during the move. They told me they would fix, so I trusted them. Called several times to check status, they said they no longer had my property and never took it or replaced it. I tipped very well, and gave them several things to include furniture and 3 appliances free. Then was let down, not a trustworthy company. Wish I could give them a lower score.

$1,300 + is way too expensive to move a 1 bedroom apartment. $112.00 charge for gas, for less than a mile from point A to point B. Crazy expensive. But, on the flip side, movers were very nice...
