Company tried to charge 2 hours to remove a couch from an apartment. Manager was rude and not very professional. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

Update: Do not use - they still haven't returned my deposit after a month! When I booked my unload the day before, the woman I spoke to was pleasant. She said I would get another call later that day to confirm information and also another call a 1/2 hour before the unloaders arrived. Neither happened. This company is unorganized and they have lost more than half of my belongings. Items I have acquired throughout my military career! Unfortunately, I just found this out after having my items in storage. I am not understanding why my dining room table that had a set of four chairs, now has been reduced to two. the majority of my crystal I bought while in the military somehow had disappeared and apparently the basic fundamentals of moving regarding wrapping leather in plastic was unknown to this company. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a mover. They called the morning of the move and said they would be late. A 9:30 move turned into a 3o'clock move. This was for my 93 year old mother. They dropped her dresser and totally destroyed it. They lost three cushions to her sofa, broke her bed frame and in the end, would take my calls because they have caller id. After all the drama, they offered me $50 for all the damage. No training no professionalism.

Before I begin, the movers were nice. However moving from a 2 bedroom apartment ( I packed everything up in boxes, my husband and I took our bed apart, so we prepared everything for them) all the moving Men needed to do was move the stuff to their truck and get from one location to my new one,and to a storage unit that was 5 min away from my new location. BEWARE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY This company changed the terms of our agreement AFTER the deposit was paid. Refused to abide by the original terms. Said they would refund the deposit and still has not done so (more than a week after saying they would) when I called to ask when the refund would be paid i was YELLED at!! What kind of company yells at someone?? Terrible company and completely unprofessional doesn't even deserve 1 star

Ok, first of all, I hired three movers for three hours and I paid $600 because there were a lot of fees that they didn't even informed enough before I made the contract like how much they would charge and how they would charge. They were not on time, took forever to get to my house, charged travel fee for the time being late and fual fee on the top of that. I hired and spoke to the dispatcher and had problems from the start. He argued with me over sending me an email he was sending to the wrong address. I then sent him pictures and gave the weight of 2 weight machines I needed moved. I told him he would need an electric lift gate on the truck as well as an electric palate jack on the ground as the weight machines could not be moved with a dolley. WORST MOVERS EVER! We scheduled these guys to pack our pods for a move across country. When I booked them I confirmed they had experience with pods and Arturo promised they'd secure our belongings as they go and that they had significant experience with it. Fast forward to moving day the guys arrived over two hours late without any notice. We had to repeatedly ask them to wrap our furniture and to secure/tie down our belongings in the pod.
