They did an amazing job. In and out and it wasn’t a great location either. I highly recommend.

The absolute worst experience. I was quoted $99 per hour for two guys. It took them 2 hours, and they moved my stuff only 2 miles away. I expected to pay around $300. My total was OVER $1200. They don't tell you about the gas charge, which was $38 to go only TWO miles away. Then the packaging supplies was over $500. For just paper and tape around my furniture. Before they start wrapping all your stuff up, tell them not to. It will save you HUNDREDS of dollars. And it'll get done much faster. If you don't plan on paying at le... read more

It doesn't even deserve 1 star terrible company. Beware!!!!! There are meth heads working there selling meth from thw trucks while your furniture is in that truck. An employee going thru your belongings and stealing anything of value!!! The manager Frank doesn't even pay for days worked!!!! DONT WORK OR HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

During my move I had 2 movers, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs, I couldn’t be in two places at the same time! Several items were taken from my move that the company is not willing to reimburse! If I would have known they were unethical and didn’t stand by their work I would never have hired them! Unprofessional, they used my own blankets and bedding to wrap my furniture! I was quoted a price and ended up paying twice as much for a 1 hour move! I also filed a complaint with TxDMV.

Broke both arms of an antique chest of drawers, then hid the evidence behind a mattress frame. Purposely unloaded boxes upside down, forgot a TV on the truck, then left it in the rain. And my final bill was hundreds of dollars over what I was originally quoted. I could go on, but I’ll spare you by just saying that this is the single worst experience I’ve had with any company in my 45 years of life. Avoid at all cost. Avoid like the plague.

Keep away like the plague. They charged by the hr and the employees move like sloths. You’re better off doing it yourself. Two guys would stay standing watching the other unscrew a bedpost. I had to ask them to do something else while they waited. Frankly I think the good reviews here are posted by its employees or friends. Paid nearly 1800.00 when most of the things were already packaged.

Left before job was done and workers have terrible work ethic. Could not get job done as quoted, needed more time, which meant more money. Still did not finish but ran out as soon as they could. Very disappointed!

The move was a disaster. They are completely unethical..the office people...not the drivers. I had a binding estimate and they wanted me to pay in full before they left El Paso before my move to butte mt. I told them that the salesman told me I would pay the second half of the nearly $18,000 move after it was done. Midway through the unload the manager, EDDIE, via phone bullied me into paying. Thieves! Do not use them! If you must use them do not leave anything of value around. Put them in a safe place! To many horror stories! Not only are you paying for their service , they are stealing your items! Make sure you have receipts of your valuables. Be on their backs as they move your items! STAY AWAY!
