I selected All My Sons because I figured I would get better service from a bigger, well-known company. I was wrong. The movers were respectful, but there were hidden fees I was never told about and broken promises. Before the job was done, the movers told me they were too tired and quit...even after I told them I would pay another hour or two to get the job done. Very disappointing experience.

A disappointment! We used the movers after moving most of our home ourselves. Not only did they show up half an hour after my appointment time, they didn't finish and they left my home in a mess. I was quoted 5 hours , I asked for it to be done in 4 and was told that it could be. Not one room was completely emptied. Items were removed from the dressers and just left on the floor. My kitchen, bathrooms and closet was not touched and we only had 3 dressers, night stands and an entertainment center left as big furniture. Wha... read more

I selected All My Sons to help move the small business I work for. The move was not far, from Viscount and I-10 to Montana at McRae. Almost from the start it was a total fiasco. It took me begging and pleading to finally get a quote. When they would call back, they wouldn't ask for me directly, they would just speak with whomever answered the phone. I contacted this company to remove items from a house that the tenant was being evicted. I spoke with the front office about availability and rates for such a job, I was given a $129.00 per hr quote for them to come out and repove items of tenants and place on the curb. Fortunately the tenants had moved on and only unwanted items were left. The moving crew lead by Justine were very professional and respectful and carried about their job perfectly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESs you're prepared to pay almost double what you are quoted and what your estimate says. Last time I will use these people. I used them in Dallas to move my daughter and although the experience was not terrible, it was not the greatest. During the move in Dallas, we told the movers after they packed and were ready to roll to take a short cut and follow us to get to the new apartment. This route would not have traffic.
