The El Paso location recently moved us on a local move. I have to say, it was the absolute WORST moving experience I've ever had. My partner and I move every few years for work - including overseas relocation. Admittedly, I grew up with Moving and Storage as our family business for nearly 40 years and I learned to pack households and move furniture and worked in the warehouse and on the trucks from the time I was a kid until I finished college. Okay, so we were referred to All My Sins from another company. Scheduled an appointment for 5pm yesterday. Finally received a call at 5:30. When making the appointment I told the scheduler that I needed to be off the call by 6pm. Got a little attitude that I didn't want to continue the call. Especially when he said his last call was over an hour and a half. We rescheduled today at 10am. Of course they called late again. The agent starts his sales speech. I want to start this review with the fact that I have moved a lot. I am a military family, and have moved all over. I have never had such a horrible move or experience with an organization. It is a shame, because other All My Son branches are amazing, and so supportive and protective of your items. Arranging for the move was easy, and the administrator was lovely. Hired to move in May 2019, very unprofessional used my bedding to wrap my furniture. Piled all my belongings in storage did not use care and have several broken items. 2 movers 1 upstairs 1 downstairs; no way I could be in 2 places at the same time. They stole a PS4 gaming console, 2 control pads, a Madden game and iPod ear buds! $600 worth of items, called to file complaint played phone tag with the manager and main office for 2 weeks. Terrible terrible terrible! I would never trust this company with a move again. They could not keep to schedule, went way over budgeted quote and did not even finish the job.

I used all my sons for a move 2 streets over on fort bliss. Setting up was easy, and the salesman made feel secure. They arrived a little late, but it wasn't a big deal He sent 4 team members over to start the move. They were only moving my big items. They were polite. One of the movers approached me, and told me I seemed cool, and told me he saw ants at my new house and wanted to come and spray I declined his offer. The "movers" showed up on time and I thought all is well until I started hearing their snickering about my furniture being too big and heavy. Then the man in my master bedroom states they forgot their tools and cannot disassemble my bed. My Father had to race home (we are being charged regardless for the time wasted) to get his own tools! I recently bought a house and needed to move from a 1 bedroom apartment into a 3 bedroom house. When I contacted this company and explained the service I needed I was told it would not be a problem. I contacted them on a Tuesday and indicated I wanted to move the next day on Wednesday. We verbally agreed to the move for Wednesday afternoon after 3PM or before 4PM. All my sons moving is the worst moving company in El Paso, TX. I hired them to help me move. First, they showed up a day after the agreed time. I requested the service for Friday, they never showed up. I called several times and spoke to Frank, the manager, who apologized and said they were busy, and had to reschedule. Then on Saturday, they showed up at 2 hours after the rescheduled time. They helped me move my boxes. When we arrived at the destination, they pulled the charge slip for $600.
