We had a horrible moving experience from start to finish. Not all of our furniture was loaded onto the truck after I was assured it would fit. A chest was dropped on our driveway after it fell off the dolly because they didn’t strap it and our leather loveseat was scratched because it wasn’t wrapped. Then when I tried to call to discuss our experience no one would return my calls. They had my money so they didn’t care that my belongings were damaged!
AVOID! Your inexperienced local movers damaged our steel front door on our 6/14/21 move-out. Have gone round and round with your disinterested corporate claims department over and over again for almost two months (they never once returned my call: "someone will call in 3-5 business days", "someone will call in 36-48 hours", "Joe Casarez will call you when he's back from lunch" etc) with flacid and unsatisfactory resolution.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had a move scheduled for 5/24 with the Roswell location and these people called me the MORNING OF and asked what they were moving after I had described the items in exact detail (dimensions and weight) weeks before. They then ABANDONED THE JOB THE DAY OF.
I would not recomend this company to my worse enemy. The way my 65 year old widowed mother has been treated is unacceptable. 2 crews 2 day that were tipped well put heavy boxes to the ceiling. I said something the 2nd day they said they understood and would fix it. I left I was mad and come back to them evidently quitting in the middle of it. again if you want to have people that dont wanna work move you these are the people
Cost is higher than what we paid for before. And my new apartment suffered damage to my linoleum floor. My dresser and TV stand got chipped and damaged. But the mover was very professional about it.
Absolute rip off! They charge crazy extra fees and did not talk about it before hand. Literally any company would be better than this one I promise you that. Charged an amount that should have been for a 3 bedroom house for a two bedroom apartment where we already moved half of our stuff. Very unhappy.
RecommendedIt was a bumpy road. I booked my move a month in advanced. Confirmed a morning start time, and confirmed the move a week in advance for a morning start time. On move day, no one showed up. I called the business and they told me I never confirmed. An oversight on their part seeing as I had a $119 deposit on file with them. They sent the next crew out in the afternoon. Don’t use this company. Completely unprofessional. Terrible communication, they will give you inaccurate information, rude, dismissive, and a multitude of other things. Christy is extremely rude, dismissive, and even insulting. I was quoted the wrong thing, charged double, told I was going to have my original call reviewed, come to find out when I followed up with them that there’s no call recordings anyway, “only notes”.
