If I could give this place negative stars I would without a doubt... we needed help with a move, we order movers... not the truck just 2 guys helping us load a truck... put my deposit down, told them I wanted them there at 12 and the guy told me they would be at my house at noon. It's almost 3 o'clock and no one has shown up... no phone call, nothing. I called and talked a very capable and nice person who made me decide to go with this company. 800 sq ft house to an apartment one exit down. Everything already packed. On the day of my move, I get a call at 830 in the morning asking to move my time from 1 to noon. That's acceptable, I can do that. My friends and I were moving some of the small stuff on our own so we rush to get back by noon. No one shows up. No phone call. This is an unethical company. I called on 29 Sept to arrange a move for 6 Oct. I was charged a $250.00 deposit on my credit card. When the gentleman told me they would arrive at 3 pm. I thanked them and immediately asked for my deposit to be credited back to my account because I needed to start moving by 9AM on the specified day. I was really surprised and disappointed by this company. My move was scheduled for noon on Friday. The movers didn't show up until 8:00 PM and didn't have the proper boxes to move my lamps and vases. They left totes and boxes in a closet that I showed them more than once that needed to be moved. They broke my TV, scratched my dresser and put marks on the walls. When I called to get a quote for my move I was told it would be $139 an hour and I made sure to clarify I got charged only for the time the move took, I was told I'd have to make a $100 deposit to hold the date of October 28th and so I did since $139 an hour was the cheapest I could find an hour for 3 men 1 truck and equipment. I was told I'd receive a call 2-3 days before the moving date to set up the time for for my move and they clock starts as soon as they pull in front of my apartment. Well I never received a call... I used this company to move from Clarksville TN to Utica KY. They were super fast! I packed most of my house in an effort to reduce costs, I worked tirelessly all night to get ready for the move. Quaker was not to exceed $2000, with them doing all the packing. Four men showed up, friendly and hard working...fast working. I did have to remind them of a few random things that were sitting around that they were just going to leave. do NOT use this company! They are the absolute worst! I paid three guys and only one guy actually did the work. Took over 6 hours to move 660 sq ft!! I literally only saw one guy most of the time. Called the owner and he said he gets hundreds of complaint! Not to mention they broke my brand new custom bed and spiked several other items. It was so bad! Do not use this company ever!

DO NOT USE!! We had used All My Sons for local moves so hired them for a out of state move to Tampa Fl. Since my son and daughter-in-law were moving with us they had told us in advance we may need an additional truck. We were also told that they could provide short term storage if needed and would be easier and less costly then getting a storage unit in Tampa. The day of the move, it was really hot. I scheduled a move with this location for 09/17/2017 and the move window provided was 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM. After I received a confirmation email, I received a call stating that they would call 30 minutes prior. I only needed large furniture items moved. All of my other personal items were out of the apartment to expedite this process. The 12-2 window of time was perfect as my landlord was requesting that I return the keys by 5:00 PM.
