If I could give ZERO stars to this HORRIBLE company, I would. Stop reading right now and go find another moving company. This one SUCKS. TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATE. No courtesy call. The owner or manager was extremely rude when I called. I will NEVER use this company in Nashville or anywhere else for that matter, and I want to make sure no one else ever uses them again. It is a pitiful excuse for a business. Save yourself more stress on moving day and go ahead and find another company. This one will leave you very angry.
Showed up 6.5 hours late from scheduled appointment. Broke one couch and tore the leather on another one. $2000.00 worth of furniture. They show up worn out and tired no tools to take the bed apart. Did not get my bed moved for another 2 days which was done free and I appreciate that since my bill was $500 for what they did move the first time. I suppose that it is my fault. I used this company years ago and had a horrid experience. This past weekend I had to use them again as a last resort due to my closing and move times changing. I literally called every game in town first and even a few college kids who I could pay in beer and pizza. I had to go with All My Sons. This move was a nightmare! They had great customer care leading up to the actual move, had someone come out and estimate cost etc but once moving day arrived it was a nightmare! The crew was over an hour late. When they arrived I was asked if I could go pick up breakfast bc the mover "can't work when I'm hungry". When explaining the paperwork I was told they are a "tipping company" and how little they make. Absolutely TERRIBLE! They didn't fill the truck and tried to pressure me and my grandmother into paying for another day,knowing we couldn't afford it.We asked them to put the furniture downstairs and any boxes upstairs but they left most of them downstairs in complete disarray.the furniture was left piled in rooms they didn't belong in,but what upset us the most was the fact that they mishandled our fragile items,breaking and scratching them.a bedroom suit costing over $2000 dollars the previous year has been scratched up so... read more
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! So many things wrong with this company. The reviews on here are CORRECT. The management is horrible. The manager and his wife are liars. The prices you get quoted are incorrect. They try and throw in hidden fees when the movers arrive and have you sign stating the start time of the job. Mover beware! Do not use All My Sons unless you want them to damage your property and not pay for it!! All My Sons caused over $7000 of damage to my new home!!! They permanently damaged the wood floors in my home with their moving dollies! And then refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused!!!!! Would under no circumstances use these movers. They send movers unable to handle the job (even when warned pieces are heavy), stoned (heavily smelling of MJ). Then when they cause damage the company refuses to make restitution. They do this by delaying sending you the "packet" you need to submit and then claim you took too long. Dishonest!! Could not choose no stars!!
