We used All My Son’s moving company because of the great reviews and insurance guarantee. We NEVER will again. The movers started out the day late but I was understanding of that but a lot went wrong after. I hired 4 movers for a day job from Clarksville to Goodlettsville. Only 3 movers showed up. 1 of the movers showed up in slide sandals and could not do any of the heavier moving duties because he was in sandals. Requested movers on 11/30 and was told they had a last minute crew that could move me. After a few hours, I called and was told that the dispatch never completed the request so the move could not happen. They offered services for another day, but I had to meet a deadline and it would not work. I was told the $200 deposit would be refunded. After several calls and being told it would be 3-5 business days, I was told the deposit was sent on 12/1. To date, 12/11, I have not received the funds. Worst moving company I have ever experienced. Only cared about the money and not providing great services. Please do not book them, they charged me $1,900.00 for a two bedroom apartment and it took them 10 hours with (3) guys. Oh, and my damages are terrible. Oh my daughter’s new dresser that was not added to the claim was shocking! It was the worst item damaged.The manager Wesley, told me that “They are human, and things happen”. AVOID!! They are not forth-coming when giving a quote, even after you ask. Very terrible business practices. They hike up prices the day before a scheduled move thinking you will have no other option.
Absolutely horrible, cancelled my move THE DAY OF AT 4pm. They gave no accommodations what’s so ever. Did not care that they left me stranded for a move I booked over a month in advance. Horrible customer service period. If you want a dependable/ reliable moving company… GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Start time of 230pm, finish time of 5pm. Total bill 731 and change. On top of this they overcharged the account by nearly 200. Given a time window of 11-1, they showed up at 230. They handled things adequately. Small dents dings etc but nothing large. I do not recommend you use them. I advise you against it. I advise you against it so hard I’m currently looking into joining one of these anti all my sons FB groups and re activating yelp. Use someone else. Anyone else.
John and the young man was great.But when they tell you a price over the phone and when they get done it's totally different not cool at all. Everyone don't have the funds to pay that So just tell them up front what the total or close to the total. and that way they can make a decision to hire yall or go another route.
Not sure if this location is connected to the Murfreesboro one but, AWFUL. Would give them 0 starts if Facebook gave me an option. They moved my sister in and her husband back in May and they didn’t wrap the BRAND NEW 55 inch flat screen. Broke it during the move. Looks like someone punched it. They “replaced” this item by the “weight” from this tv. So they got back $130 dollars from a $600 Tv. HELLO????? It’s a flat screen of course they don’t weigh anything????? Awful. Wouldn’t recommend. Save your money.
One of their movers stole my stuff and I had to file a police report because they wouldn’t do anything about it.
