I would not wish this moving company on my worse enemy. We employed them to move our mother from Kingsport to Smyrna Tn. It began with them saying they might be able to be there either Sunday or Monday depending on the truck they used but would let us know. We received no message until 8 am Monday morning that they were at the door. They were in a hurry but our 80 yr old mother said they got everything and then tipped them. I meet them at the storage. Very disappointing. Three kids showed up, absolutely reeked of weed, and didn't work with any effort or care for our time. We were quoted to be packed, moved out and in within 2 hours, costing us a total of $300, $149/hour. One of the movers sat on the curb smoking a cigarette on the phone for 20 minutes. It also took a total of 3.5 hours and costed us $600. They sounded great on the phone, which was why I chose them, but the in-person experience was much different. First of all, when they called and said they were on their way, I didn't know that meant they were an hour out. I would like to note that I did the moving myself regarding bins, small furniture, etc. the week leading up to the move. I only hired a company to get the few pieces of big furniture (bed, couch, etc.) from my one-bedroom apartment into another one-bedroom apartment 4.3 miles away. I never imagined it w... read more

DO NOT USE. These guys promised us two moving men to be at our apartment to load our truck by 10am... 10am comes, no one is here. We call, and instead we are told that the men would be at our apartment between 10 and 12, not what we were originally told. The men get to our apartment at 11, and immediately inform us that they can only stay 40 minutes due to some personal conflicts, and that they were doing a favor for their supervisor. This place came highly recommended form two people so gave them a shot. Totally regretting it now! Three cigarette smelling guys showed up to my house. Not ideal when handling furniture, in and out of a home to bring that smell into/onto everything they touch. The lead was super slow in taking apart furniture and directing, and did a half-ass job wrapping my furniture and it got damaged in the move. Still trying to deal with the claims people. Absolutely Horrible experience!! They were supposed to start the move in the morning or early afternoon. We were assured that is would not go into the night. They showed up a 4:45 PM on Friday afternoon and did not leave until 8:30 PM. They had not finished the move and so had to carry it over until Saturday. I was paying for my girlfriend's move and they gave me an estimate over the phone of less than $700. The total cost ended up being approximately $2,000. What a nightmare! We thought we were hiring a reputable company to move us into our new home from our apartment. First, the appointment was confirmed by phone and voicemail for an 8-10 am Slot. That morning, when they failed to show up, I called and they had moved us to an afternoon spot without notice! We had to cancel appointments in the afternoon since they failed to show when scheduled. BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They will break and damage your furniture and show no remorse about it. They will overcharge you with hidden fees and charge you for things you did not use. Their movers are unprofessional and not trained. The most horrid business I've ever come across. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! By the way, I created a Yelp account just to post this review to save other people the trouble and hopefully drive them out of business.

Our small move was scheduled about a week in advance. My husband called the day before the scheduled move to confirm the movers would be at his mother's house around 8:30 or 9 only to find out we'd been bumped until mid-afternoon. That wasn't acceptable because several family members had rearranged their schedules to accommodate the move.
