The best experience with a moving company...ever!
Absolutely scam of a company. I was quoted a price for two hours. I was sent two guys, but only one was working. Took them 8 hours to move a 1 Bedroom with an Office. Company charged me 3 times what I was originally quoted. Jason the manager refused to do anything about it. I would stay away, unless you like giving away your money to liars and thieves.
We arranged a moved and never heard from anyone until my husband called the day before to confirm everything. The movers were supposed to be at our apartment between 12 and 1 on Saturday. 2:50 rolls around and we've heard nothing. my husband calls and find out that their previous move required 2 trips and they were just now heading to the final drop off. we get a call about 415 and they are on their way but it would be an hour. after being 3 hours late, we should not have been charged for the 1 hour travel time. then the "... read more
Obviously, some of the “Recommend” reviews didn’t have our movers. They were on time, friendly and moved quickly. They give you a sense that they actually cared. However, that was a false disguise that lulled you into not following them around. A person shouldn’t have to worry whether another person is gonna steal from you. They stole apple AirPod pros and a Ridgid Cannon Light with 4ah battery. That might not seem much but it was mine. They went through my daughters drawers that were not part of our move. Do not use this company. Hired them for a pack out for one of my clients that had a water damage. They damaged several pieces of their furniture and scratched their hardwood floors. I was told that I would have to pay for their services in full before a claim could be made. After I paid in full a claim was made. My client was not made aware that everything had to submitted at once. All My Sons denied the flooring damage because it was submitted once we received the the quote for repair.
