Horrible moving company that did such a bad job that the storage unit had to call my mother and inform her of how terrible they were treating her things and how they broke her stuff and did not even tell her they tried to hide it and not say a word.Made her pay extra to get her stuff unloaded off of the truck after they started at 8:30 am and by 4:30 she paid them $1500 and they still were not done. STAY AWAY! How about you people actually show up for a job!?! The day of my move at 2pm I called to see where the movers were as no one had shown up or called. I was told “I’m sorry but we don’t have anyone for you today.” Brandon said this was due to unforeseen circumstances. Ok fine but WTF! How about you call me first thing! Absolutely DO NOT USE. My sister booked a crew 1 month from her moving date - they NEVER called her to confirm timing 3-5 days out, like they said they would, so she called 2 days before. They told her it would be “sometime Saturday afternoon when the previous job was finished”. On Saturday morning she got a call 9am telling her they were on their way. The guys ended up fighting more than moving boxes and took forever which caused their fee to way over charge us. They also damaged some of our property and the house we moved out of resulting in over $1,000 in repairs. When my wife called to complain, they said they would adjust the final bill, but never did. In addition, they gave us the run around when we tried to give them the chance to make things right and were extremely rude to us. As of now, almost a month later, we are STILL waiting for a return call from Zack.
They over charge us for a move I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Go to literally anywhere else. Whatever quote you’re given on a move, you’ll end up paying double. Almost $400 in hidden fees and charges for moving a simple one-bedroom apartment. Two guys showed up when I was told there would be three. Drive time fee wasn’t mentioned in estimate, fuel fee not mentioned in estimate, three hour labor minimum not mentioned in estimate, packing material costs not mentioned in estimate. Dropped a $1200 gun safe off the back of the truck and broke it. Tore the top off of an $800 desk. Mangled the doors on a $3000 stainless fridge forcing it through a door way. Offered us $600 for our trouble! Do not use them.
