Would under no circumstances use these movers. They send movers unable to handle the job (even when warned pieces are heavy), stoned (heavily smelling of MJ). Then when they cause damage the company refuses to make restitution. They do this by delaying sending you the "packet" you need to submit and then claim you took too long. Dishonest!! Could not choose no stars!!
TERRIBLE experience. Everyone I spoke to in the weeks leading up to my move was very pleasant and reassuring. But today, things changed. After not hearing from the driver between 12-2, as promised, and calling the office about a million times since no one could give me a straight answer (the gps is broken? the driver has no cell service?), I finally heard from the driver at 3.
