RecommendedDalton, Terrance and Blake did a great job moving our house full of furniture and properly packed the delicate things. Prompt and kept a good pace even though we had some rain. Will definitely use them next time 100%
Daniel Clay did an excellent job. I give him five stars. The battery for the truck had to be replaced after packing one house. Two workers walked off of the job, and they were replaced by one man. We were paying for a three man team and wound up with a two man team. The issue added at least another three hours to the trip. We still had to pay $1,600+. When I first ordered the moving company I thought I was going have a stress free move. It was the exact opposite. They knocked a chunk of wood off my bed, broke the handle off my dresser, my refrigerator handle is missing a screw now, broke the mirror that goes over my roommates dresser, and the sectional now has a scratch in the back. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! They charge you unexpected fees, don’t care about the customers the mangers and supervisors are rude and talk to you like your not a customer. Called customer service number to get transferred or to get a email to corporate the gave me the runaround I talked to several different people. The managers wanted to argue and talk over me I didn’t get an apology for anything! Bad communication I ended up wasting a lot of time and money! I will never use this service again.
Terrible experience. They damaged several items that were less than a year old & broke others. Scratches, scrapes, nicks all around. The owner has been unresponsive for 3 weeks. I used Your Movers 5 yrs ago & recommend them. #allmysonsmoving @AllMySonsMoving #moving #movingcompany
They were very unprofessional. My items were packed poorly. Some very valuable glass items just put in a random box with other random items. Not even wrapped. Some boxes were parked with hardly anything in them. Like a large box that should have been used for clothes has curtain rods in it and some items in the bottom. They did not bring enough truck for all of our items. My husband has to rent a second truck and this company has done nothing to compensate.
