BUYER BEWARE! Be sure to read the fine print on anything you sign. All My Sons only pays $.60 on the dollar when they break ANYTHING. We gave All My Sons a good review back in December 2014 before they refused to pay the amount it cost to replace a mirror on an antique dresser. They have finally offered to pay $100 on an invoice for $193.37 and that was after many, many weeks of trying to get them to pay. The movers were nice guys who seemed untrained and out of their depth but I could overlook that. My rating is based on the fact that "management" was dishonest in his estimates. I do NOT recommend this company. I was deliberately misled regarding costs and when questioned, he was completely unapologetic about it. There was a 12 % (12%!!!) fuel surcharge tacked on to the cost that was undisclosed until it was too late and his excuse was "We don't charge sales tax"! My experience wasn't the worst, but it definitely could have been better. I would say if you are looking to save money then don't go with these guys. They charge by the hour and the clock starts when they arrive. The process goes a little like this: they arrive do paper work, then pack and wrap up everything...every single piece of furniture (which is appreciated). However this process took almost 2 hrs. We chose All My Sons Movers because of their song and dance about how all their movers are drug tested and have received a background check. Well, let me tell you. Our move across town was a nightmare! They were supposed to pack us, but may cabinets were half packed, not a single room was completed. The movers took two days to move us mostly because the packing was not done. Beware of this company they will surely over charge you. Paid $700 for local move homes not 5 miles away from the other. They basically moved three rooms for me half the items were left per my request. Tried talking with General Manager Ron oh no what a complete unprofessional individual and I would like to say jerk 100% please look elsewhere for cheaper quality move. This company does not stand behind its motto.

I hired All My Sons to move the big stuff. I had just purchased a new bed which had a very large headboard was black. I went into the bedroom where one of the movers was taking apart the bed and discovered a nick in the headboard. It stood out since the headboard is black and it now exposed the wood. All My Sons moved me today. I was quoted 315.00 by their seals rep Ryan. The guys did a great job, but when they got to my new place they said they had to collect payment before unloading my furniture. The price was 522.00! I was astounded. I called the manager Ron and he could have cared less. He said 315.00 was the starting price. That is not what I was told. Beware of this business.

Terribly disappointed with this company. Hired them for a residential move recently. On the day of the move, they had me sign the papers for the hourly rate that was initially quoted. But after the move, they took my credit card and charged for almost twice that amount. When I noticed and spoke to the driver/mover, he put me on the phone with their manager - Eric Moffett.
