This company is way too expensive, will not give you a clear picture of how they determine costs, do not mention hidden costs, charge a extra hour for travel on top of 2 hr minimum plus 12% fuel plus supplies I am not sure were needed. In all nearly $500 for a 2 hr pack and load only. My daughter and her friend did a great deal of packing themselves. The helpers in New Orleans charged $190 flat fee. Granted there was no packing; but All My Sons quoted $99 hr for 2 hr move with $100 deposit that I was told would come off. ... read more

PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! This is a very shifty company that is out to beat you. I initially was quoted $119 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. I was repeated called by multiple people and then spoke with "Josh" who changed the price from $119 to $139 per hour. I guess it was due to the government shutdown! My alarm went off but I agreed to $129 per hour with 3 movers and a 2 hour minimum. I also put down a $100 deposit. I called them about an uncoming move later this month. Lady called to discuss my needs today. She guoted me $ 139.00 an hour for 3 men. Then she asked to lock my guote in today because next week the price would go to $149 Her concerns were my square footage so she asked after my quote to send out a move coordinator. I asked for what? I have one bedroom..3 living rooms..10 tables etc. In the afternoon a young man called about the move coordinator again. At that point I was through with them. I have used them 6 times. The first 4 was good. The last 2 led to $15,000 worth of damage and they stole from me. 4 months after the move I'm still finding damage. They have offered me $350. Damage includes; a foot through the back of a dresser, 2 gold leaf mirrors stuck up with tape, a $2,000 3 layered paint finish, 9ft chest, obviously dropped several times - dented, scraped, a pine chest with scrapes across the top, two heavy wooden beds broken, all screws and fixings for mirrors lost, a Roku stolen. I am writing only in the hopes of saving others from enduring the extreme stress and financial loss that I suffered as a result of hiring this company for my out of state move. AllMySons was hired to move my belongings from TN to FL recently. At the start of the process, they were extremely accommodating and informative during the walkthrough and quote process. I can not express my utter and complete disappointment in the sales department. Apparently they will tell you anything you want to hear in order to get your business. They DO NOT deliver. On the day of my move my deal went from 3 movers to 2 which increased the hours it would have taken from 4 to 6 which works out really well for them. The movers were great I have to say. Used them August 2018, Horrible! They moved me from around the corner of thier headquarters to approximately 3 miles down the streer, it took them 7 hours to move a one bedroom out of storage. Horrible, don't use them...

Wish I could give zero stars. To begin with one mover made sure to tell us how much they made an hour and begged for a good tip. That same employee later took a 10 minute "bathroom break" in our home to smoke marijuana- leaving our entire home smelling of it. Then every piece of furniture was either completely destroyed or horribly damaged in a 5.6 mile move. DO NOT USE this company

My girlfriend was trying to use All My Sons for her move on Sunday, May 27th. The person at the call center said they were available and that someone would call her. No one did. She waited a couple of days and called them. The guy on the phone told her that he likes to give sundays off to his crew which is sort of understandable. But she asked if she needed to go with another company and his response was "not necessarily, I'll call you back in twenty minutes." But he didn't call her back.
