On Feb 22 I had All My Sons Moving load a U-Haul with my household items and then at the other end, unload into a storage facility. In OKC they called the day before to verify and see if they could come earlier than 10a because they were busy. We agreed on 930am. They didn't even show up until just after 1030am. Wish I would have read all of the horrible reviews before I made the sad mistake of hiring this company. Would have liked to have given them a ZERO! Ridiculously unfair pricing ! Value not received . Will never hire again . Paid $467.00 for one hour of work . When I complained that the workers were done in an hour unloading and I paid an extremely high rate for a two hour minimum and would like them to assemble some furniture I was told by the piece of crap manager they could not assemble the furniture they did not dissembl... read more

*****DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING. Horrible Service. The worse I've ever experienced. It all started August 29th. and 30th. 2019. Our initial point of contact was Casey. He came to our house to do an estimate. Everything sounded great. They were more expensive but we felt that they would do the best job with our move. Furniture would be protected. I would not recommend. They will give you a quote, make you pay a deposit and at the end charge you twice as much, this is without any sort of warning. They called me to see if they could start early and said they would not charge for that hour. When they were done, they charge me for that and much more. Read the reviews, I now see that I am not the first one that has similar experiences. Don't give your money away to these thieves, as soon as they have your money, they will not want to listen.

Today was awful. The moving company charged me hidden fees. The move took 4 hours too long. One of the employees quit and another driver had to be picked up. Braxton held my furniture hostage until I agreed to pay $1,100. Run when you see All My Sons Moving company. I had several broken items. Also items were left at my prior home. I have to move this myself. Update - The screws to my beds were lost did I mention my brand new refrigerator was scratched across the entire door. Would not recommend. Way to expensive even the guys who moved me said the total was high so clearly I was overcharged. Scratched up my furniture and the claims process is so laborious and involved (statements from me about damage need to be notarized) for such a minimum amount of money it is not even worth it. I spent over $750 to move a one bedroom apartment into an empty three bedroom house 20 minutes apart. The apartment had easy access with elevators and the house was one story. Awful experience. Overcharged with fees not discussed when quoted rate. Cost me nearly twice what I was expecting & could not get my stuff off of their truck until after I had paid the full bill. I do NOT plan to use their service again. The 2 guys that they sent were good & professional but still broke an old desk.

BEWARE!!!! Please anyone who reads this do not use All My Sons moving. We used the Memphis branch for our move from Memphis to Jackson. We were quoted by 4 different companies and I chose All My Sons because they stood by their customer service. We needed to be taken care of with me being 2 almost 3 weeks postpartum. We had an estimator come out and tell us that one truck would move the house and garage but the yard toys were more than likely a 2 truck move. This was an EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING move. My wife and I had hired them to help us pack. They had left our personal belongings in every room. Then when we get to our new home the washing machine and dryer were both destroyed causing us to purchase new. Have reached out to them, however have never responded. The movers were polite to your face, but unprofessional in their work.
