Do I even have to give the one star? We rescheduled our move with them, due to unforeseen circumstances, Ben was awesome. No reschedule fee, however, the day came and from the start I knew by the actions of the boys that came out to do the move that we were going to have trouble. Moving from a second floor apartment shouldn't be that huge of a deal for a moving company. But apparently it was. One guy shifted a tote and that was it. This is the worst moving company. They recently moved my mother to her new home, which was only 15 miles away. Two men walked off the job, and the others took no care with my mother's belongings - as you can see in the pictures. They have refused to help, or even apologize for the abysmal job their staff did. We had no luck trying to speak with their manager, Ben. He was not alarmed or concerned about the way we were treated when we spoke to him.

On 11/08/17 All My Sons, 5454 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38134 gave a quote based on $129 per labor hr (minimum 2) and $129 travel time, plus 12% fuel & taxes, minus the $100 deposit. I paid deposit of $100 11/08/17 for service on 11/11/17 at 1pm. The house I was moving to was less than half a mile & not more than five minutes away, so I was positive the move wouldnt take more than 2 hours. I hired All My Sons to move me to a house in Bartlett, Tennessee. The move started out great, the movers were on time the driver, Joe communicated the moving procedures, technicalities, and paper work. 4 hours later, it became a headache. After loading the truck incorrectly (i.e., inside going outward, as oppose to, bottom up; which would have given adequate square footage on the truck to load all furniture and items) Joe became unprofessional and began to ask if if they could load items and furniture in my new Nissan Murana... read more

Terrible. This is a follow-up review to our move to now describe the experience with the claims department. It took 7 weeks to hear from the claims department, even after calling them several times. After breaking a leg off of our custom built dining table and breaking our dryer (not to mention scratched everything) they gave us a measly $305. Horrible and will never use again.

Horrible experience. Broke furniture and appliances, scratched floors, scratched walls. Filed claim and 6 weeks later "we are behind in claims". Says it all right... Kevin W.

We hired All My Sons to move us from a house in Memphis to a house in Germantown. 12 hours later, approximately 60-70% of our furniture and belongings had been dumped at the new house. No beds or dressers had been assembled. We had quite a bit of damage to the freshly painted walls, we had no refrigerator (and all of the food in refrigerator had spoiled as we had removed it bc we were told it would be moved), clearly labeled boxes had been dumped in the wrong rooms etc. I explained to the so-called "manager" Ben, that we n... read more

Moving is already a stressful experience but they made it an absolute nightmare. These people are disrespectful, dishonest, and unprofessional. Do not trust anything of what you are told on the phone or what is said in the positive reviews (probably false). Moving was scheduled on the morning time slot (8-9) and confirmed several times on the phone. Movers were sent in the pm. Probably because of a last minute job came up. My wife and I used them to pack and load the truck for our move to Indy. Three men arrived and they were very friendly but did not know how to pack or load. Two of them talked about being overworked and seemed to be in a rush. Long story short, A LOT of our boxes and furniture was ruined. We tried to work with them on this for months and got nowhere. We've used three other movers before them and never had such awful service. I hate writing reviews like this and now wish we didn't tip them so well for their "help."
