Leather damaged on every corner...told the guys to take the legs off, they ignored me. A set of screws for a vanity mirror were placed in a specific drawer, this drawer also had a 24k gold Egyptian pendant on a chain, which I foolishly threw in their at the last minute. Total chaos, confusion, still finding damages on everything. I ended having to hire someone else to get the basement stuff they forgot and the TV's. All My (CROOKED)Sons!! I used them once before and had a great experience!! I was quoted a price, scheduled the move date. Eric called to confirm the move 2 days before it was scheduled and INCREASED the price by $45 per hour and refused to budge from HIS price. The price I was quoted didn't matter one bit!! I assume he has some sort of management position seeing he was all too willing to turn away business. I was a repeat customer!! NOT ANYMORE!! USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! This is not a trustworthy company!!!

This review applies only to the Memphis branch. Let me start by saying NO, NO, NO, do not choose All My Sons Moving. Read as much or as little of this review as needed but let me warn you to look elsewhere for a moving company. To summarize the best I can, we selected AMS to pack all of our goods, store them in a warehouse in Memphis, then deliver about 1.5 months later to our new home in Chicago. Just got a free quote from All My Sons in Memphis and I've never been treated so poorly by someone who "wants my business." Clearly, they don't actually want my business because I caught them in three lies -- and you won't believe what happened at the end of our conversation. Ace (I know his name because when I asked him to repeat it for clarity, he yelled it at me as if I was stupid) told me they charge by the hour and the hour starts when they arrive and stops when they finish. Do not trust this company. We were quoted a moving price and assured twice that the cost would be no higher. Guess what ....it was higher. Also the head moving pumped my wife for tips which cost us even more. DO NOT USE.

Do not hire these crooks! They moved my widowed mom from Tn to Alabama and were over 6 hours late then broke and scratched things and left half her belongings for her family to have to spend Palm Sunday driving 200 miles to pick up. Have lied about trying to call when no numbers have changed and promised a petty $300 refund on a $1950 charge! Very expensive. When you get your estimate, be sure to add 25-30% on top of that for a realistic final cost. Several times I had to encourage the movers to get moving and stop standing around. We had many boxes marked "FRAGILE" which had several boxes stacked on top of them and the fragile boxes were partially crushed. Will not use again.

BUYER BEWARE! Be sure to read the fine print on anything you sign. All My Sons only pays $.60 on the dollar when they break ANYTHING. We gave All My Sons a good review back in December 2014 before they refused to pay the amount it cost to replace a mirror on an antique dresser. They have finally offered to pay $100 on an invoice for $193.37 and that was after many, many weeks of trying to get them to pay. The movers were nice guys who seemed untrained and out of their depth but I could overlook that. My rating is based on the fact that "management" was dishonest in his estimates. I do NOT recommend this company. I was deliberately misled regarding costs and when questioned, he was completely unapologetic about it. There was a 12 % (12%!!!) fuel surcharge tacked on to the cost that was undisclosed until it was too late and his excuse was "We don't charge sales tax"!
