On Monday October 25, 2021, I had a scheduled move with All My Sons moving company. They were supposed to arrive between 8-9 am as I was told on the phone by the appointment confirmation and reminder the day prior. At 9:47, they arrived. There were 4 young strong men that only had to move silver ware, small electrics, a couch, a book case with decor, some pictures that I had already taken off the walls in the apartment, a kitchen table, 2 bar stools, and clothes. 6 hours late, damaged my dresser. Highly unorganized and unprofessional. Poor customer service- Tim is extremely rude and unapologetic about the whole situation. Would not recommend to anymore.
don't use this company they where 3 hours late, damaged our bed, night stand, dinning room table, china cabinet, broke a foot off our ottoman, ripped hardware off our dresser ( we found it in the middle of the street the next morning), ripped a 2.5 foot hole in to a leather sofa (not fixable) secretary desk, they packed the boxes first in uneven stacks, said they couldn't fix all of our stuff so we ended up having to unpack the moving truck, found they had more than enough room because they left huge gaps in the middle... read more
Here is some of the damage this company does. They also do not answer the phone. $2000+ spent plus tip to this company and this much in damages. I just used All My Sons this weekend. I do NOT recommend them. They tried to cancel after they were supposed to be there. (Paid a deposit in advance to lock them in.) I chose them because they have mask protocols. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. The way they have done my 65 year old widowed mother is wrong. 2 day 2 crew move tipped well stacked fragile heavy boxes to the ceilings. on the 2nd day i explained to the workers she is a widow this wont work they told me they would take care of her. they started to and then left. if you want people that dont want to work this is your company
the way 2 crews did my 65 year old widowed mother is unacceptable! heavy boxes over my head I can barely get. I expressed my displeasure on the 2nd day for them to start to fix the problem then quit. they were tipped well both days I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. The way my mom was treated after losing her mom and husband!
Recommended****I have now had to come back and revise my review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had posted my review just shortly before they finished. I had an elliptical that was moved. My Dad told them prior to moving it that it could be taken apart but they opted to move it in one piece. As they were moving it to my new location, they dropped the end with the monitor onto the tile floor. I heard the crash and my Dad saw what happened. They obviously don’t know how to drive. Thanks for driving through my yard this past Thursday while trying to turn around on my street. Too bad you don’t allow video to be posted to your page. I’d be happy to share how professional your drivers are.
