This was the worst moving experience I could have possible imagined. I normally don't think these reviews are worth writing, but this might save someone 400+ dollars. I was repeatedly told movers were "finishing up" or "on their way" when they were late to my 11am appointment. No one showed up until 2:15. WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! It all started with the movers not showing up on the scheduled day (supposed to be there at 8am). We called all day long and were told so many lies it was almost comical, all so we would not cancel the job. It was unreal. By 5pm they finally told us it was going to have to be the next day that they could make it out. Trying to figure out if this company is legit or A SCAM. Recently moved out of a 1750 sq foot home and moved 1 mile away. Called All My Sons Moving and had a good conversation on the phone that they would be able to move my home in 4 hours and was given a quote of $850. The movers arrived 45 mins late at 945am (no big deal) and they immediately got to work on wrapping up my furniture. They did a god job here. Everything else was boxed up so it was a simple load. Waited five hours for them to show and they loaded for an hour before deciding it was "too hot" and "too hard to breathe." They refused to even move our mattress so we can sleep in our new place tonight and said they MIGHT have another crew who can come tomorrow and move all of our furniture. They made unfounded claims about the state of the apartment that witnesses can back up were patently false. This company is a joke. UPDATE: Contacted customer service and was given a 23% refund. wow...where do I begin. These guys were extremely dishonest about the pricing. They told me one hourly rate and then ended up charging me a lot more AFTER they had already charged a $50 deposit on my card which they told me was refundable. When I called to get my deposit back they said they would have someone call me. No one ever called me back so I called again and again and never received my deposit back. So basically I paid $400 + $50 deposit to have 3 items moved in an hour & a half time span. absolutely absurd.

I do not even know where to begin. The day started off with them refusing to move the 3 large mounted tvs, which were expressly agreed too while booking the service. They were a major reason for even using movers. But little did I know that would soon become an irrelevant sidenote. All of the cash was stolen from a purse sitting on the counter (around $80) and all the cash was stolen from a hanging jackets zipped pocket. BEWARE! All My Sons Moving is a highly unprofessional. Extremely poor communications. I had hired 3 movers at $129.00 per hour plus an extra hour for them to come from their base to my home in NW Oklahoma City near Penn Square. At 8:05 a pickup arrived and they said they were waiting on the truck. At 8:15 I notice the pickup had left. At 10:30 nothing. Movers stood around for 30 min. at first- move should have been no more than 2.5 hours & it took 3 hours; gouged hole in wall; lost bed bracket; & broke recliner piece off of couch. Move was too expensive. Move went ok & movers were ok. I do appreciate all of their hard work. And, the move cost too much; will not use All my Sons again
