They sent three kids who were lazy and sat on my furniture when they were tired. One of the kids was smoking an E-cigarette in my house throughout the move. They dropped my TV and items were missing. When I filled out a claim, the service department was rude and offered me a 10th of the value of the items they broke and were missing. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
They are slow and damage stuff.
Eddys team, you guys rock! Tetris masters and hard working. However your guy in the office I am not too thrilled with. Needed my stuff moved 7 miles to a 10x10 storage unit. Also asked about 2nd load to the dump in opposite direction. I live in Roy. Was told no problem. A week before I called to cancel. Afraid was going to be too expensive once realized they are out of SLC. The guy convinces me it is not. Even arranges to move date up. Assures me will have plenty of time when inform him dump closes at 5 and storage at 7. But... read more
Horrible. Just horrible. They give you a quote over the phone and it is nothing like how they charge you at the end of the delivery. Never use them again make sure to read all the other reviews before you use them.
They arrived without ANY tools to disassemble furniture which I was told they do. Lucky we had a screw driver. When we arrived at our new residence they almost left without placing a mirror back on a dresser once again lucky I had a screwdriver oh and yes we had to screw the rest of the screws to both beds so we had to also place mattresses back on beds. Never will I use them 1,100 dollars for not even a full home.
They sent three young men and they were all very nice. Two of them tried to work hard and one just kind of tried to be in charge. They were exhausted by the time they got to my small job and had very little energy. They worked jobs before mine and just were worn out.
I was told 139.00 per hour. Charge 15-minute increments they were there 1 hour tried to charge me 375.00 plus 100.00 deposit. I told them to take the stuff back, I will rent a Uhaul instead
Movers dragged their feet, took four plus hours to complete a 1 bedroom apartment move 10 miles away when everything was already packed. I was estimated two hours by the sales representative. I even tried to speed things up by carrying some of the boxes myself. A simple move cost me a lot more than what I budgeted.
I had a very bad experience with this moving company. It ended up costing over twice as much as quoted, the furniture was not all unwrapped, many of the boxes were left outside on the porch, and I never received an email with the recept. When I unwrapped my leather loveseat the back was broken. The manager did not send me the insurance email.
