The movers were spot on time, worked very hard. Promised to do what they said, very pleasant young men. I did have 3 fragile marked boxes all broken up, but am working with their claims department for resolution I am hoping. However, it has been since Aug 14 and no resolution. I have received a couple emails from customer service, but nothing resolved. I know things happen in a move, and it was a two hour distance to destination, but all 3 boxes marked heavily "FRAGILE".
