The movers were spot on time, worked very hard. Promised to do what they said, very pleasant young men. I did have 3 fragile marked boxes all broken up, but am working with their claims department for resolution I am hoping. However, it has been since Aug 14 and no resolution. I have received a couple emails from customer service, but nothing resolved. I know things happen in a move, and it was a two hour distance to destination, but all 3 boxes marked heavily "FRAGILE". William, Sean C. and Sean F. did a fantastic job. Covered and wrapped every piece of furniture, took their time not to mark up or damage walls and doors. Everything they moved stayed in perfect condition. They were 3 great guys! Will use them in the future.

I thought. They were sending 3 people, which would have been a lot more time efficient and cost less. Overall though, we were very pleased and would recommend them!
