I was quoted one price and told something different when they showed up. Had the mover contact the supervisor before signing and was told there would not be a fuel charge. When it came time to pay, they charged the fuel fee. Supervisor was rude and ended up not only charging the fuel fee, but overcharged as well and refused to refund.

They gave me an estimate of 700 dollars but charged me 1,100. He would not unload the truck until I paid him. He had kids for employees who were not helpful.
The movers were good they put the armoire back together wrong. Called and was told they would stop by to fix it. Never showed up. Still waiting. Called and got nowhere with the clerk in the office. This problem has finally been taken care of.
Customer was unsatisfied with the service.
I was not impressed with having to pay for wrapping materials and tape that cost me about $350 extra. i didnt ask for my furniture to be wrapped. my stuff was already wrapped and secured by me . i thought it took way too much time to wrap which cost me extra time and more money for wasted time. The company should have asked if I even wanted wrapping. if I knew I would be charged for all those extra hours or material I would of went elsewhere! live and learn I guess! They sent three kids who were lazy and sat on my furniture when they were tired. One of the kids was smoking an E-cigarette in my house throughout the move. They dropped my TV and items were missing. When I filled out a claim, the service department was rude and offered me a 10th of the value of the items they broke and were missing. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
They are slow and damage stuff.
Eddys team, you guys rock! Tetris masters and hard working. However your guy in the office I am not too thrilled with. Needed my stuff moved 7 miles to a 10x10 storage unit. Also asked about 2nd load to the dump in opposite direction. I live in Roy. Was told no problem. A week before I called to cancel. Afraid was going to be too expensive once realized they are out of SLC. The guy convinces me it is not. Even arranges to move date up. Assures me will have plenty of time when inform him dump closes at 5 and storage at 7. But... read more
