I didn't realize that this follow up appointment was going take this long. I checked in at approximately 2:30 and was called back RIGHT away but I didn't get to actually see the Doctor until an hour later.

I waiting 50 minutes in the interior waiting room. Way too long after going thru the pre exam and photographs of the eyes.

Quick and efficient during exams by Dr Smith and assistants. Waiting time in exam room was a bit too long. Dr Smith speaks too loudly! As if she thinks all patients over 70 have hearing deficiencies.

Dr Morrison is excellent. My experience trying to get the appointment was not. The lady put me on hold and talked with a technician and then told me I was seeing reflective light off the edge of the lens. I had to insist on an appointment. I had experienced a vitreous detachment in my other eye previously and Dr Morrison had told me that if it happened in the other eye to make sure I called and got it checked. Had eye exam and prisms was added to my prescription which I was unaware. Cost me 438.00 for my new glasses. Could not wear them due to the prisms. After another eye exam the glasses was sent back to have the prisms removed. When I went back to pick my glasses up I ask the lady if the was a cost adjustment due to the prisms. She said no, the insurance takes care of that. I told her I had paid 438.00. Also she never gave back my eyeglass holder. Stated I never gave it to her. I honestly like the services in general however my only complaint is the length of time I’m left sitting in the exam room waiting on the Dr to come in. It was over an hour this last visit which to me is excessive.

Very long wait for eye test to upload on the computer system. The total visit was over 2 hours long. Much longer than reasonably necessary.

The care as usual was great, but it was a very short appointment but was there mostly waiting for an hour and forty five minutes.
