It took too long and it was too crowded. I thought the glasses were very expensive considering I did not get anything extra. As far as people went everyone was nice.

Dr Morrison seemed caring. One thing that I do not like with the practice is that when checking in, I always have to sign a document without being able to see a computer screen that shows what I am signing. This makes me feel very uncomfortable.

Waited in a cold exam room for an eye exam for over an hour. Never saw one employee!

I was taken back to my room to see the doctor and waited for 45 minutes before she came in with zero interaction with anyone in that time period before I saw her. And she never apologized or said anything about the long wait. I find that highly unprofessional. I heard good things about this office but didn’t receive the best service.
