Was o'k, but a little slow before seeing Doctor. - Mostly wait time before being taken back.

I sat in the waiting area thirty minutes past my appointment time, so I rescheduled. I normally have a pretty full schedule so I can't just sit around. I need to get in and get out. Had no problem rescheduling. I understand getting backed up, so I didn't get upset. It's all good.

Every time I come for an appt it is a long wait for the doctor in the exam room. I schedule my appts before work and a 20 minute appt takes 1 1/2 hours. No apologies. Also many times after waiting 30 mins for my appt I am asked to reschedule by the office for one reason or another. The doctor does good work but office is run poorly with their schedule and do not adhere to it. Also with hippa when you are in an exam room the door is never shut for privacy. Not comfortable or ok.

I love everything about your veterinarian practice and I love the people that work there. Very uplifting, friendly, courteous, professional, and I love, love the cats that welcome to everybody into the lobby.❤️ I also felt that my cat Figaro receive all the medical attention that he deserved. Dr Smith was over 45 minutes late for my appointment. The actual appointment went fine.
This is the only Dr. I go to where I can be guaranteed at least an hour wait after my scheduled appointment time. To me that is not acceptable. You are scheduling to many appointments and the patient are the ones who are affected.
