American Auto Shipping is, as rated, one of the more dependable auto transport companies. They only use the most reliable shippers, even if it means a longer wait for your vehicle. But they are trustworthy and do not cut corners. There were some communication issues but that was apparently due to a problem afflicting many businesses today--a shortage of personnel. I will definitely use AAS the next time I need a dependable auto transporter.

Chris, the driver was excellent. He communicated with us about timing and when he ran into a road closure near our house we arranged an alternative pick up site. He was on time and confident in loading our vintage Porsche on his carrier. I passed him a couple of times during the drive and he drove at a safe speed, and was very helpful getting the care into our storage unit. A very positive experience.

100 Percent Happy with this transport service! They are honest and help you with the process. The car was picked up 1 day after hiring them and received the car to my drive in the time they said. AAA+++

The truck was late for the pickup they had a pickup date by the 15th was not picked up until the 19th. Had to rent a car for an addtional week. When cars arrived all was good.

I would definitely use American Auto Shipping again and recommend it to friends and family. I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the first time I called their customer service line, the representative talked over me and yelled - however the manager was detailed in addressing me concerns once I was transferred. They ran one day over the 5 business day pick up however the dispatched driver, Pavel Khalus, was EXCELLENT! I'd give him 5 out of 5. He communicated very timely and clearly. Never had a car shipped anywhere before so was a little hesitant. But will definitely use this company again! Rachel was awesome over the phone and answered any questions I had. Even the driver was soo awesome and super friendly. Thanks American Auto!!

Driver did a good job of unloading the car. He also delivered it quickly. Though bad weather slowed the time it took to secure a driver to pick the car up, once the weather improved it was promptly picked up.
