I am a return customer. Each shipment I was always fully aware of timelines. Both vehicles arrived on time and without damage. I would use American Auto again.

Talked to several brokers and liked American Auto Shippers for not using high-pressure sales tactics. Good communication with the driver from Golden Carriers; Luis was efficient, picked up on time, and delivered a day early.

American Auto representatives are very responsive and quick to help. My car was matched with a dispatch quickly and a confirmation email was sent to me. The only problems I ran into were with the dispatch who did not call me enough in advance of when they were coming to pick up my car. I had to call to ask when they were coming and they told me they were coming that evening.

The service was awesome! My order was dispatched within the timeframe I was given, the driver picked up the car at the time it was scheduled. The car arrived quickly a day earlier than anticipated. The driver was professional accepted the agreed upon payment without any switch ups or hassles. Really satisfied with this awesome service.

I contacted American Auto Shipping to have my Suburban shipped. They gave me a reasonable quote and I agreed. What I didn't expect was how quickly they delivered it. The main issue with shipping is always speed and they nailed it. My Suburban arrived damage free and completely beyond my expectations. I highly recommend American Auto Shipping!

The communication was a bit unsettling. I wasn't sure at first who will contact me for the delivery. The driver contacted me directly. I found it odd. Then, the dispatcher contacted me the next day. In my opinion, it would be better for the dispatcher to contact me first than the driver. An email or text would be enough to give me heads up about the driver's call. But the delivery was fast and my car was how I remembered it. I would highly recommend this auto transport company. This company is fast and reliable. Thank you!
