I bought a 2008 Porsche 911 in Colorado and needed to transport it to California in an enclosed trailer. I checked many other companies and called American Auto. I spoke to Mike who was very helpful explaining the process and availability of a carrier. Placed my order on Monday, Carship, Inc picked up it up on Wednesday and delivered on Friday. Leroy the driver from Carship Inc was fantastic and unloaded it without a scratch. Completely satisfied and definitely recommend them both.
Great customer service, great prices, and fast responses. I also like how user friendly the website is to get a quote. I shopped around and nothing came close as far as price. This is my second time using American auto shipping and I’d definitely recommend them.
Aerin from American Auto did a great job communicating and making sure that we were in sink to receive my car. The service was great and just how I expected it.
Expect some light scratches on the bonnet when choosing no cover transport. I got it and washed my car and discovered several scratches. Couldn’t blame the carrier because it was after 24 hours. Go wash the car right away and inspect the car very carefully. Otherwise nice service.
Excellent, no hassle service, at a fair price. When I called I expected it would take quite a bit of time to arrange a pickup. Kirshawna was quick and very professional. The driver was on time and also very responsive. I’d definitely would use the services again.
