As a first time vehicle shipper, I was pretty nervous about the whole process. Fortunately for me, I came across information about American Auto Shipping on the Better Business Bureau website. From start to finish, the process was a piece of cake! The cost was reasonable and our vehicle was shipped in a timely manner. The driver was very professional and kept us up-to-date on his progress making it easy for delivery to happen. I've already saved American Auto Shipping in my contacts just in case I need them again. A++
Experience was exceptional. Communication was good and ACCURATE. Driver (Arman) was capable and confidence-inspiring. Automobile was picked up on schedule and delivered at destination on schedule and in great condition. Very satisfied.
After being disappointed by two other auto transport companies, American was honest and great with communication. My car arrived in an enclosed transport with great communication.
Best shipping company. The entire process was so smooth. I did priority shipping, they picked up my car in less than 48 hours as promised and my car got to me from NY to Texas in 2 days. I also was able to communicate with the driver. Def use this company to transport your vehicles.
The person or persons handling my car at pick up location were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They inspected the car thoroughly before they put it on their truck. When I got to my destination, the car was waiting for me all nice and clean. While en route to my house and to my car's destination, they kept me informed as to arrival time.
I got my car on time. And I think it's wasting my time to write 150 characters and messaging me everyday about it. The customer service was good. Everyone was nice.
