Rachel was awesome. The transport of my vehicle was very successful. Everything was on time and I felt very comfortable with the shipment. She was on top of everything, notifying me every step of the way. I would highly recommend her and her company.
I want to thabnk Aerin for the honest and upfront good work. I was working with another company who had horrible customer service and underbid my vehicle delivery so after a week of poor communication and the run around from the other company I cqlled American Auto Shipping. They recognized the problem, told me what the cost would be and the vehicle was picked up the next day. I will use them every time I ship a car from here on out. My delivery driver was also awesome.

I purchased a Golf R from an out-of-state Volkswagen dealership. They recommended American Auto Shipping for shipping my car from Virginia to Ohio. Andrew helped me arrange a driver, who picked up the car the next day from the dealership, and communicated a delivery date. The driver also called me the day before delivery to confirm an exact delivery time. The car arrived timely and safely. The driver was friendly and prompt.
