Will not recommend. Lack of communication, installed incorrect fence and told us that is what we paid for but after we fought back stating we paid for a different (more expensive) fence they finally said they had their quotes wrong and they did install the incorrect fence. Jeff was nice on the phone when we first reached out about quotes but it was extremely difficult to reach him anytime after that, spoke with Kevin who is either the Director or Manager about all the issues we had and he just kept stating that we got the f... read more
The worst customer service and communication from a company I have ever had. Waited over a year to have my fence replaced. Inquired about canceling and was instructed to call a certain person. I did not receive a refund for my deposit due to their lack of poor service. Do not recommend at all the worst place to consider getting your fencing done!!
I chose American Fence and was given 14 days to accept the estimate. I accepted the estimate on day 12 and was told the price increased about $800. When asking they could not give a honest answer on why but tried saying it was because of a gate being put in a different corner. It made no sense to me and said they would split the increase. Unfortunately our next door neighbor hired this company to install her new fence and while she owned the North and East fence line of her property she did NOT own the West (fence between our two properties) but this company began cutting and removing our solid custom built cedar fence. It was gut wrenching to come outside to see our property vandalized and destroyed. The workers stated they had been told to replace ALL fencing. This company is terrible! You have to pay 60% down payment they tell you it’ll be 4 to 6 weeks but plan on it being less and then they might show up eight weeks later if you’re lucky I’m not sure because I’m still waiting!!

I made an appointment with American Fencing Company on June 24th, 2022. They called and asked if they could come 2 hours after our scheduled appointment. I said yes but the worker was another 20 minutes late after the reschedule. He measured my yard, got all of the info, told me he would email me an estimate…..I have heard nothing from them. I’ve called twice and emailed them numerous times. Very unprofessional.
