I really was hoping to give this place a good review. I really hate to complain, but we just are not happy. The fence seems to be good quality, but it was installed over a month later than we needed it. The customer service and communication with us was terrible. I didn't think our job was very big, but it took almost 3 weeks to get it completed. We were without a gate for 2 weeks and then it was installed wrong. The fence they did for us has gaps all the way around it. My neighbor had to put metal fencing all across the fence line to keep his little dog from going under the fence.

Will not recommend. Lack of communication, installed incorrect fence and told us that is what we paid for but after we fought back stating we paid for a different (more expensive) fence they finally said they had their quotes wrong and they did install the incorrect fence. Jeff was nice on the phone when we first reached out about quotes but it was extremely difficult to reach him anytime after that, spoke with Kevin who is either the Director or Manager about all the issues we had and he just kept stating that we got the f... read more
The worst customer service and communication from a company I have ever had. Waited over a year to have my fence replaced. Inquired about canceling and was instructed to call a certain person. I did not receive a refund for my deposit due to their lack of poor service. Do not recommend at all the worst place to consider getting your fencing done!!
I chose American Fence and was given 14 days to accept the estimate. I accepted the estimate on day 12 and was told the price increased about $800. When asking they could not give a honest answer on why but tried saying it was because of a gate being put in a different corner. It made no sense to me and said they would split the increase.
