Not clear, when signing contract about fees included if canceling. Told my mother that a survey was not needed and survey was performed. Had to pay for sprinkler insurance even though there is not a sprinkler system on site. Would not recommend
meet with them do have an estimate for a iron fence. No information from the company in the last month, not even a reply to emails. Going with a different company!!
They did a fence for my next door neighbor. I moved my new truck out of the way to give them more room even though it was my property. They proceeded to stomp- wreck my plants on my property. The workers tried to say the wind did it and after talking to them admitted it was them who did It. I called the company and was told their supervisor would get right with me and he never did!

American fence installed a large 6’ cedar privacy fence for us this summer. Our initial interaction was good. Workers were very respectful, efficient, and helpful. We had several issues with this company, and would not recommend to others: 1. We asked to reinforce areas of the fence. We were told this couldn’t be done and was unnecessary. Bad experience all the way around - took longer than promised, had to call repeatedly for updates, gates don’t work, made huge mess in our yard.
My fence was quoted to be done the 3rd week of October, it is now almost January. They came and put the posts up at the end of November. They came and did some more work yesterday but we still have no fence! A 1/3 of the job is completed and it’s 2 months past when they said it would be done. This place is a joke I will never recommend their service to anyone!!! I have called numerous times. I was told yesterday it would be done and if it wasn’t then it would be done today. STILL NO FENCE!
I wanted to share about our experience with American Fence. When we began making calls to find a fencing company, American Fence was the first to call us back. The salesman communicated about the estimate process very well. We paid the deposit and were excited to have a fence coming in a few weeks. The worst customer service I have ever experienced as a home owner for the last 50 years. Four months of delays and excuses and three changes of leadership personal. The quality of the work is minimally acceptable. After four months of “work” a non-itemized bill was sent to my wife less than eight hours after they “finished”. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE! THE LOCAL CRACKHEAD DOWN THE STREET WILL DO A WAAAYYY BETTER JOB FOR ALOT CHEAPER AND ALOT QUICKER. GETTING THESE JOKES TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU IS HARDER THEN PULLING TEETH.
