As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions coming into this process. Wendy gladly answered every one of them, and helped us ask the questions we did not yet know to ask. She felt like a true teammate that was always there to support us through every step. We are so happy with our new home, and cannot imagine how we would have gotten here without her and her team!

Gina and Jordan helped me through the home loan process every step of the way. While we were going through the process, they provided for me a calendar that showed me all of the critical dates that would be hit during closing and updated it as things progressed. Helped me every step of the way. As a first time buyer, she really made me feel comfortable about buying a house. I believe she’s really looking out for your best interest and is always available for any questions. Really was a great experience and I hope to do this again in the future.

We were very happy with our whole loan experience because of Mary Ann Nicholes excellent customer service and attention to our specific needs. We were beyond satisfied with the level of knowledge, professionalism and overall process of our loan. She answered every call, no matter what time it was, emailed back promptly and made sure we understood the entire process.
