We had a great experience today buying a pool. Colton was our sales consultant and he made it such a pleasant experience! He was very knowledgeable, friendly,and patient with us asking all our questions. I would definitely recommend them.

Michael is the best! He is always super friendly and knows what he is talking about when it comes to getting your pool crystal clear! I highly recommend American Sale and visiting Mike in the back to help with your water test or just any questions you may have! I have never had a bad experience there and the rest of the staff is on the ball as well! Keep it up guys.

I want give an attaboy to Casey and Nicole. Casey helped us take home a stand for a color match! Nicole helped us pick out a 6 piece patio set and fire pit! We love how our new furniture compliments our patio and it is awesome! Nicole was fantastic all the way through the selection and delivery process!! I definitely recommend Nicole and American Sales…they are the best!! We love our new furniture!!!!

We love our 7 piece Patio Set that includes an aluminum table and 6 swivel rocker chairs. There was a cap missing off of the bottom of one of the chairs when it was delivered. I emailed customer service and they immediately contacted the company and my missing part was shipped out the same day. I emailed them back and said they should get a “Customer Service Award”. Thank you for being a great company to deal with.

Cassandra was fantastic! She helped us with everything we needed, offered options we didn't consider or know about, and did not pressure us at all. We felt bad for taking all the time from her day, but she was happy to spend as much time as we needed with us. Cassy went so far as to rearrange displays, carrying furniture items around an over others, and combine items from various displays so we could see what we were visualizing.
