Purchased a play set about a month ago maybe a bit more. Was told it would be in sometime in early May. I am now told by a sales person in that department it may be in on 05/28 but they really have no idea when it will be in. I asked if it may take all summer and told that it may. Absolutely atrocious customer service in the hot tub section. lazy salesersoperson refused to get up from his chair to help us and proceeded to bash other hot tub sellers in the area. He was lazy, uninterested in helping us, and unbelievably condescending. What's more, he started helping another customer while we were still asking questions. Stay away from the store. After my sister had an awful experience with her American Sale pool installation, she told me that if you order from here, make sure you have your own people install it. I went in and spoke with Allison, and she told me that she'd try to get the same price of the pool that my sister just bought. That was over three weeks ago. Really disappointed with communication. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they got rid of Manager Tony and have a new lady who is doing what she can to help. I would have no problem going there for non-pool items. This season has been really hard on the pool industry. I get that but I was lied to over and over about the time to get my new pool installed. I went to this store and I asked Tony the store manager to do a price check with another American sales store he sad he could not do it.He seem to be too preoccupied with his personal cell phone.So went to the Great escape I had better luck with them.
My wife and I purchased an artificial christmas tree from here this year. The price was fair, but I think they fool you into thinking you are getting a bargain by posting inflated prices and then having sales. They did have a lot of other holiday decorations as well.

If there was an option for zero stars that would be too many. Waited over 2 months for an above pool liner. I had to initiate all conversation regarding the order and status. The day of delivery no one contacted me in any form of communication and were no call no show. Terrible company to do business with.

My son and I walked in yesterday, hoping to speak to someone about putting an above ground pool in our back yard. We were there for twenty minutes, no one approached us, or even acknowledged we were there. An entire group of sales associates were chatting behind the counter to each other, and another associate was helping a customer. We were looked at several times, but never spoken too. Spent 14k on a hot tub. Took day off of work to have it delivered. Showed up and broke the tub during delivery. Offered to send someone to fix it and ultimately agreed to take it back and bring a new one. Now I need to waste another vacation day to accept delivery. Even if they didn't break it it wouldn't have been functional as only 1 out of the 5 filters were in it and they didn't even check before bringing it.
