Buyer beware. Customer service might seem great in the store when they are working to sell you something but that is where it stops. Servicing what they sold you is not a priority. We have been trying to have a hot tub spa we purchased from American Sale services for OVER a year. Yes, spa sitting not working for more than a year. That is after sparse service calls that misdiagnosed, having to wait over 3 months for parts, only to find they didn't fix the issue. My parents bought a pool from American Sale with jet streams that change colors with this remote. This is our third brand new remote and still we are unable to change the colors nor turn it on with the power button. we've had the technician come three times with still no answers and another useless remote. on top of this endless problem. I was in the store a couple of weeks ago to purchase a grill. I was impressed with Tucker, a great salesman who was attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and eager, and I wanted to support him. He knew a lot about the different products and was genuinely interested in my needs and budget. My clients went in at my recommendation and he was no longer there. Another young man was there who was rude, insincere and arrogant. I will no longer support this company. People matter. Obviously they don't at your store.
Purchased a play set about a month ago maybe a bit more. Was told it would be in sometime in early May. I am now told by a sales person in that department it may be in on 05/28 but they really have no idea when it will be in. I asked if it may take all summer and told that it may. Absolutely atrocious customer service in the hot tub section. lazy salesersoperson refused to get up from his chair to help us and proceeded to bash other hot tub sellers in the area. He was lazy, uninterested in helping us, and unbelievably condescending. What's more, he started helping another customer while we were still asking questions. Stay away from the store. After my sister had an awful experience with her American Sale pool installation, she told me that if you order from here, make sure you have your own people install it. Really disappointed with communication. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they got rid of Manager Tony and have a new lady who is doing what she can to help. I went to this store and I asked Tony the store manager to do a price check with another American sales store he sad he could not do it.He seem to be too preoccupied with his personal cell phone.So went to the Great escape I had better luck with them.
My wife and I purchased an artificial christmas tree from here this year. The price was fair, but I think they fool you into thinking you are getting a bargain by posting inflated prices and then having sales. They did have a lot of other holiday decorations as well.
