We purchased a hot tub back in May 2017 from American Sale in Lake Zurich. We were on the market for a hot tub for about six months prior to finally buying. We went to every relevant store within a 50 mile radius to shop for a hot tub. We worked with a variety of Sales Associates at these various places of business. Just wanted to let everyone know how friendly and kind Cory was. We just had our springfree trampoline installed today. We went there after I got off work on Saturday and ended up staying after they closed. Cory was very kind and answered all our questions. He was very patient. We are just waiting for the hoop that was on back order but overall it was a great experience.
I emailed the corporation with my issue. Not long after, I received an email and then a phone call from Marcy Brandis, who listened to my complaint. She agreed that the store could have switched out my tree for a smaller size. A few days later Megan, the store manager, called me. She apologized for the way I was treated, offered me a tree in the correct size and adjusted the price. I am very satisfied with the outcome, and will shop there again.

I was thrilled with the selection of high-end specialty goods at American Sale! I came into the store with some questions regarding my hot tub, and was really impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the staff working who helped me out. I couldn't help but to wander around the store and ogle everything- it makes me wish I had an excuse to buy a shuffleboard table! I honestly don't know where the five star reviews are coming from. We bought our Hot Spring LimeLight Pulse spa in 2020, and since then have NEVER had good customer service in the store or online. I have walked in the store and had employees run and hide or just ignore me while they're on their phones. I had my recirculating pump go out and could not get a single human to help. I purchased a hot tub for just over 10,000 the hot tub was delivered with a control cap missing and hot tub leaking called the manager 4 times to never get a call back and had to text a service number for repairs in which took them 2 days to text back and said i would have to pay a trip charge and a service charge for a hot tub that was delivered this way and spent a lot of money with them.To this day the hot tub manager still has not returned any calls,Worst customer service ever and from a manager of the store.

Buyer beware. Customer service might seem great in the store when they are working to sell you something but that is where it stops. Servicing what they sold you is not a priority. We have been trying to have a hot tub spa we purchased from American Sale services for OVER a year. Yes, spa sitting not working for more than a year. My parents bought a pool from American Sale with jet streams that change colors with this remote. This is our third brand new remote and still we are unable to change the colors nor turn it on with the power button. we've had the technician come three times with still no answers and another useless remote. on top of this endless problem. I was in the store a couple of weeks ago to purchase a grill. I was impressed with Tucker, a great salesman who was attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and eager, and I wanted to support him. He knew a lot about the different products and was genuinely interested in my needs and budget. My clients went in at my recommendation and he was no longer there. Another young man was there who was rude, insincere and arrogant. I will no longer support this company. People matter. Obviously they don't at your store.
