Glad to have purchased our pool package through American Sale and have worked with Tony. Tony went out of his way to assist me with opening my pool shortly after it was installed. Tony and David are great to work with, knowledgeable on product and willing to go the extra step to make my experience a pleasurable one. I would tell my friends to go look and see what they have cause it is a toy store for your backyard.

We had pool installed last year and had some problems with the filter. Tony, the store manger, went well above and WAY beyond expectations when resolving our issues. He came on his off hours to assist and fix the problem on more than one occasion!! The issue was fully resolved by Tony and we can't say enough about his diligence and persistence to resolve the issue!!! Everything has been working perfectly since!! Thanks Tony! Your time and efforts to meet customer satisfaction is greatly appreciated!!

Bought a playset for my granddaughters. Everyone at the store were so helpful and not pushy. The 2 guys who installed it were friendly, informative, and cleaned everything up. I'll definitely be back to American sales.

We just purchased a Springfree trampoline from this location and couldn't be happier with it. Delivery and install was very efficient. Tony Parbs at the Lake Zurich store walked us through the process with professionalism and great courtesy. Would highly recommend!
