Oh my God I was just at American sale, and Deb helped me out tremendously. She also steered me towards new hot tubs, which was appreciated.
Deb was great & very helpful when purchasing our new Napoleon grill. We would highly recommend American Sale for any outdoor needs.
My wife went in this afternoon to buy some patio cushions and worked with Deb, who was terrific! Deb was quick to get a tape measure, got the necessary specs, and answered all questions. My wife took one cushion home to confirm the pattern was what she wanted. She called to let Deb know she was coming back to get the other cushions, and upon arrival, Deb was ready with the other items and escorted her to the car. Writing this review for my mother who said Debbie was a tremendous help last weekend. Her and my father were shopping for patio furniture cushions and Debbie went above and beyond in assisting them. She never insists on leaving reviews so she must have been pretty pleased.
We bought a trampoline at American Sale and the experience was great and so easy! Deb is the best and was so friendly and made the whole thing easy.
Deb was quite helpful in finding a replacement umbrella tube. And, it was on sale. Thanks, Deb.
My hubby and I have found this store to be a hidden gem!! Today, I went to get the Mosquito netting and curtain for our Gazebo we purchased last weekend. Today, Deb, exceptional customer service was provided. She found the right color of curtain for me and even helped me take to it to the car. I really appreciated that. Between her and Caitlin, we will keep coming back!! Thank you Ladies.
